  1. Not in this server. When was the last time you saw a wizard outdamage a prof dps wise?
  2. My reasoning is also based on the fact that wizard is one of the first classes I mained. I am against having a new weapon because it is probably the only thing wizards have better than profs. As i said, profs needed the weapon since they do not have the skill itself, while wizards already has it. The thing that makes me want the buff to be on the weapon is for convenience. At least I would not keep on using converters everytime I wanted to stave if the buff stays on the highness(no need to switch weapons).
  3. I would rather have the buffs added to highness and here's why : A stave crashing wizard isn't a build, it's an alternative once they go GTB. Profs got voluspa since they innately do not have the said skill. You cannot really separate magic with staving so I would rather have them buff the highness to include a damage increase on stave and add hit instead of creating a new weapon just for it.
  4. Yeah the descriptions were to blame but when we nerfed the reducts stalker back then, we made a lot of those items not stack with one another. You can try it out yourself but pretty sure that once you use friggs+usakoring, your choices on reducts are limited on what will stack with those two, hence others use Knight shield + usakoring just to compensate(fking shield does not allow it too). They put a cap(i believe) on demi human reducts.
  5. I believe that not all of those work correctly now as we used to have reducts stalker and most items/cards there NOW do not stack so don't worry about it.
  6. One piece of advice when using stalker that uses magic : Play it as a biochemist with backslide With that said, I agree to you. Getting dispelled as a matk stalker sucks so bad because it removes one key skill that you might have been depending on.
  7. It has come to my attention that someone actually tried impersonating me(a friend of mine told me so).  FYI, the characters I use are in my signature.  Also, I would never ask for stuff from you guys, I mean cmon, why in the hell would I need to ask people for items?

  8. The original reason why Sinx got that nerf is because of the huge amount of damage they do back then + being able to dispel + their main attack is their auto attacks. Since SG is on the same boat now, this might be a good idea.
  9. My hybrid bio can deal that damage using blessed ring btw. so that kinda shows how WS needs a bit of help in terms of CT damage, add the fact that their carts are filled with useless crap to make it deal damage.
  10. No harm in it anyway. +1. Put it also on the valk weapons for wizard since it is counter productive to just put it in the legendary versions.
  11. I'm on ash on this one. The damage of CT is around 35k-40k on incant + full gear, then double that and add a bit more for thana damage. And WS is supposed to be a full offensive class mind you, but then every other class now have higher damage than a normal built WS.

  13. -1. Even someone like me being added to a "test team", i would disagree. The only reason we are getting random disputes like that is because people do not read, GM team already say that most of the items are on Beta anyway. I also would not like the community to be involved in the game development that much. Most people are gonna brag about it, then people are gonna say the GMs are bias to these people and all kinds of things will come out of it. We already have people saying and accusing me of being a GM simply because I post alot in the forums. We have to avoid that. It would also be a hassle for Genesis to setup different accounts for the testers to use on the test server, not to mention people might find exploits among other things.

  15. If your build gets destroyed just by tweaking the guardian ring of SG, that says a lot about it. BTW, way before this guardian ring is introduced, ALL the other skills of SG works as intended. I used SG with eidelic wing, running and flying kicking people that I had hatred on. I can still easily kill them, even just spamming flying kick on WoE will kill my targets(sinx, champ, clowns). Did anyone say it is OP? No, because it works as intended and is not downright "i hit my counter kick and you die". Our only issue then was that an update change the spammability of running +fsk. And you think it is a nerf? you think having 260k hp with tons of damage, ability to change elements, have bonus attack depending on number of party members, and a skill that ensures you can absolutely kill 3 classes no matter what and you think having a change on the auto counter kick on the sg ring is a nerf? Very few classes hit 260k hp on full damage builds dude. P.S. This is off topic. Bass can I join you guys on WoE?
  16. I don't think you know what the word "Donation" means. You receive the items as a "thank you" for donating to the server, it doesn't give you VIP status. First of all, I would be one of the cases where I never donated but still have the donation items that I would need. Again, just because you donated doesn't mean you are higher than everybody else. This is not a subscription based game like FFXIV or World of Warcraft. The funny thing for me is that in those games which I played, whenever a class gets some sort of "balancing" or nerf if you will call it, people just try and find other ways and move on, even though those people literally paid to play the game. Very contradicting here, since people like you, and believe me there had been others like you in the past, complain when one item they use is rebalanced(when it was fully well known that the item will undergo changes). It has been like that for years. 2007 era, soul link gives 50% more damage(original effect) on SB, everybody dies within 1-3 casts of it. That got changed to just 10%. around 2012 or something you can build a full reducts stalker and never die, that got changed as well(removed the 20% reducts on the bow as I remember it). Thana used to work for champs but that got changed because it was not good to have one class kill any other class that easily. You can use parry + sword and shield and that got changed as well. Desperado used to murder everyone easily. The list goes on on all the changes that happened through out the years.

  18. Can people calm down? What nerf are we talking about here because I am confused, i just had flashbacks on what went through the TK balancing thread; that was a long week. First of all, i am pretty sure Ares or Genesis states that all items released are subject to change(i remember seeing it anyway). Also, I will quote Genesis on the TK thread: " For the record, the "beta" server (which I assume you are referring to the test server) is for testing technical issues and preliminary balancing issues. There are never more than 3 people on the test server. The information we gather on the test server in a week is equal to what we can gather on the live server is a few hours. No one forced you to do the quest or ask people to buy the items for you. We blatantly told you when we released these items that they would be changed. The "beta server" served its purpose. It is not our fault you did not head our warning. " That seems a bit harsh but they did say that the items are gonna be changed depending on community feedback. Also, hardware is not equal to software. You cannot compare manufacturing a phone to this, that is why games have patches. Those bugs or other stuff can only be seen when players find it, not the development team, unless you are willing to hire hundreds of testers just for it. The "i paid for this item" argument is also not applicable here really. Just because you paid/quested for an item, that doesn't mean it shouldn't be nerfed when the community certainly feels it needs to be. You may have quested for it, but we also did, just on different item for a different class ,so people here are pretty much on equal terms with regards to opinion. You also cannot use the "if you dont have this ring, your argument is invalid" argument. If I shot you with a gun and I say "you don't have a gun, you don't know the disadvantages of having it.", would you just simply agree to my statement? People help me out here, answer this questions so we can have a decent discussion. Any GM out there to move this to suggestions and change the title? I think this is about SG but let us wait for the OP to confirm. 1. How much damage SG does on a hatred target? 2. What item is in question with regards to nerfing? Please put description here.
  19. Because WoE is only held a few times a week and lasts for an hour and it is not the whole game. You can't balance a class by saying it is OP with Pally and Clown buffs; most classes are OP with those buffs anyway, hence I rather base it on a 1v1 situation versus every other class. And again, as I said in my very first post in this very thread, i main a class that had really no problem on ninjas, so i am a bit bias to it. I don't want that particular build to get the "desperado" treatment on Gunslingers. Also, let's be exact here. In your opinion, how much should FS damage? Give me a number here when using incant and when using thanatos. Lowering FS damage too much will make people not actually use it. What's the point of using FS if a simple throwing skill outdamages or is on par with it. Example: if it deals 200k, would making it deal 150k be good enough or make it 100k?
  20. Are we talking about damage from one skill or total DPS of a class? Because some of the classes i listed there can deal huge amount of DPS with the correct situation, same with ninja atm. Also, the characters i've used (biochemist, stalker, Soul Linker) in the past month that I encountered ninjas and i did not really got 1 shotted like you claim. 2-4 most of the time i will die if i dont seed, but never 1 hit. Lastly, if you read my posts in the first page, i already said a little decrease in damage OR delay might work on their part(because some of us believes it is a bit fast to spam considering the damage). I just put my opinion that i believe that the defensive skills of a ninja is a far greater problem than its damage simply because you have to switch classes to fully combat one.
  21. Any class with a devo will not die. A buffed up sinx, a champ, a full damage prof, a full damage sniper, a full damage gunslinger will not die when they have devo, hence I did not take it into consideration. That's my opinion anyway. For me the defensive skills are the problem since you have to switch classes to fight one most of the time while every other class can fight each other. Some are disadvantaged, but you wouldn't feel the need to switch classes.
  22. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: The damage a ninja can do is not relevant. It's the defensive skills that makes it OP. Put a damn soft delay on cicada and flip tatami, not too much just enough for them not to constantly spam it against someone and be immortal.

  24. Lowering Emp HP won't help small guilds, it would just enable big guilds to retake a castle faster. Limiting guild expansion? Seriously, those big guilds did NOTHING wrong and we are nerfing/punishing them simply because you guys cannot take a castle? I've been mostly on small guilds, the only big guilds I WoE'd for is Influence and David's(Conqueror) guilds. We were able to break and even defend slightly when we are like 6 people on. I really see no issue here. Also, WoE is MEANT for big guilds. Seriously. When WoE is just bragging rights and some stuff(old emps), big guilds fight it out, while the smaller guilds make alliance to one of the big guilds. Now that woe is mostly meant just for drops, 80% of the people wanted to create their own guilds and get their own drops. It wasn't supposed to be like that anyway.
  25. Well I don't know any other way to "cheat" in pvp room aside from feeding(this includes the one feeding and the one getting kills). What are the ones you consider cheating in pvp room though?
