In that sense, it will be in the ability of the player on how they would react to circumstances. having both ND-BGs and Donation-BGs will give a fair gameplay. not to mention many GREAT things are being acquired through voting hence we can surely consider that it belongs to ND-BGs thus evens the ground for some other classes and about the L.items. its going to be strategic wise. cause as far as i know there are no Cards that can only be obtain through voting. so it seems fair :)

no. HW card stays in in Headgear. it would over power the class if you can use HW 3kiel and Fsold at the same time

Before there was this thing called "Guild Hideouts" this is where Guild Leaders who bids the highest gets the "hideout" in where the kafra there gives "FULL BUFFS + FCP" and an "Unlimited Access" to the seed and speed rooms. They took it out simply because its making things unbalanced for other guilds who cant afford to bid for one. But if its just a base for saving locations then yes why not. but if it have more to in it, maybe not.

+1 on adding Shadow -1 on ghost +1 on HP increase + 1 on damage increase. Really depends but the way im seeing now GS can manage themselves only on a team battle like woe but is difficult for them to pvp alone. They can PvP alone but the question is, can they survive long intense battles? so that why +1
