As explained. You (despite of our warnings in-game and on forums) thought Genesis contacted you through a messaging program while it's broadcasted constantly that we'd never do that. You did not check his e-mail address when talking to him, you gave him your username and password, you granted him access to your computer by running the program he send to you and you nearly send him money as well. Please pay a little attention to the constant broadcasts and the messages you get when you log in, and the announcements on the forums. It could've saved you all this trouble Bombin :( The ban was to secure Bombin's account and items. He wasn't banned by the impostor in any way. As Lenneth explained. The account was banned for damage control.

You don't have to download or reinstall anything. There's over 10 topics regarding this issue already. You have to set up your setup.exe in normal and administrator mode. Select your graphic card at the top bar and your resolution at the second bar.

Solved. For anyone having the issue. Correctly installing the all-in-one will solve it. Installing the small patch will solve it, and installing the third job sprites can solve it too.

It's at solved because the solution is posted a ton of times already. You just have to carefully follow the steps. And if you don't understand what to do you can ask for elaboration.

Could you please file a ticket regarding this and include a screenshot with the weapon on and one with the weapon off + wearing the shield. I'll elevate it to my superiors so it can be solved asap :).

It is to prevent players from using both the swords at the same time. It's supposed to work this way. Try equipping a dagger and the sword instead.

I highly doubt you get a message with "Where's the configuration file" there must be more to it. Either way, you can download the small installer and install it into your folder. It should include the newest update.
