If you error in the quest room then you do not have the renewal files. You did not install the game through our All-in-one installer as we recommended. Please install the game through our All-in-one installer and this error will be solved.

I'll be looking into this as well. I'll talk to Veracity regarding this and we'll try and solve it as soon as possible. Also as far as I know Hardrock Mammoth's drops are not yet added to the mob. The Ivory Lance you're looking for is unobtainable at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience !

You'll have to download and install the game through our all-in-one installer. You're not using the renewal files yet that were added a few months ago to the full installer.

The answers have been given in this topic: It's an issue with both user/admin rights and the setup.exe actually. -If your using windows 8 you have to set the setup.exe and the client to run in compatibility mode. -If you want to use the patcher you have to setup your setup.exe in either administrator mode and none administrator mode. This depends in what mode you run the client in. The easiest way to bypass the issue of figuring out in what mode you're running the client is by setting up the setup.exe in both administrator mode and none administrator mode. that way the changes in setup.exe will be executed despite of the mode you run the client in and the changes in setup.exe should apply while running the game through the patcher as well :). -Inside your setup.exe you have to select your graphics card at the top bar and a resolution smaller than your own screen at the resolution option. The above will solve any issues regarding the small screen issues and the client not responding to the setup.exe.

There's a few basic things you can get out of them, to an rather easy extend. If you still error after that I'll have to do some testing.

Wrong, actually. Either way, you'll have to download our all-in-one installer. That will solve your problem. Your sdata.grf is outdated. If you error from hardrock mammoth you will error from a lot of other mobs/maps as well.

Autopsies is right. Bootcamp allows you to choose which operating system to run. basically you'd have windows installed on your Mac aside from the default operating system. It takes a little to set-up but is very useful for windows-only applications. (There used to be a ton of windows only applications. Though they are getting rare nowadays). Either way if you do not want to use Bootcamp or a dual boot system of any sort you'll have to download what they call a "Virtual machine" this will simply be a program that you run. Within this application you'll be running windows. Within this application you'll install Ragnarok and perhaps even play Ragnarok. Which Virtual machine suits you best is up to you. If you want an example of a virtual machine you could google VMware Player.

You can just use the /bm command atm. Which will let you use your keyboard letters instead of the F-keys. As for the renewal interface. I believe my superiors have been looking at it. Not sure if there's any plans regarding it though.
