What do you mean with "but wouldn't" ? It won't let you put it in your RO folder or it didn't fix your problem?

I can't just add an jpeg picture as a sprite. You need to sprite them to match all the characters in a .spr maybe even .act file.

Unfortunately it's a known issue with Windows 8 and full screen mode. The best you can do is change it to windowed mode and select the highest resolution. This will pretty much cover your entire screen.

Can you explain to me what you mean with "server lag". Can you describe the lag you're getting ? Have you tried messing around with the setup.exe? Running both the client and setup in compatibility mode?

Try removing mouse freedom if you have it in your folder.

The thing is if you screenshot one sentence beneath the blue announcement we could've seen if the "you got thanatos card" really did not show up. now if THAT message didn't show up and your screenshot proved it then it could've proven a bug. The current screenshot however, can't. All you can do now is wait for Genesis to look into it This is a highrate server PRO is an copy of the official server with 1x rates. 1.40% drop is only in the weekends and is a low percentage for a highrate server. And it being a normal drop or MvP reward has nothing to do with this. It's an mvp reward because of the floating rates. that's all there is to it. As soon as you press PRT SCR (printscreen) the screenshot is saved in your screenshot folder. You do not need to go to pain and save it there.

Do you play at an internet cafe or at home? Where do you live? Whats your regular ping to the server? What's your internet throughput(or speed)?

Alright time to clear a few things up. As stated before the screenshot does not proof that you did not get the card. The chat is scrolled up high which means the item showing up at the top had long faded because quite an amount of time had passed. And the blue message of gaining the mvp item is always after the blue announcement "Congratulations you are the MvP You're reward is .." message. And you're scrolled up just high enough to not show anything underneath the blue announcement. Hence why the screenshot does not proof that you did not actually receive the card. Thus the ticket has been elevated for my superiors to look into it. As for thanatos being under MvP rewards. I do not think this is a bug. I think this is done due to thanatos being a floating rate card. The drop chance is higher in the weekends than during week days and editting the MvP rewards percentage automatically is probably easier than automating changes within the regular individual drops of a monster. (Though this is what I think , I'll ask Genesis regarding it if needed)
