This skill has always needed 4 kiels to be spammed properly which made it useless in general. Now that delays have changed it seems worse. I personally would suggest either a reduction on the sbk delay or adding the kiel-card effect on the loki's blade. This would effect nothing except for SBK as the other skills usuable with the blade have no delay in general.

I'm only going to say this once, to everyone in this topic. If you do not have something to add to the actual discussion, then do not post things just to attack other players. Kanoski, I've seen at least 8-9 of your posts that do not say anything other than insulting and trolling other people in the topic. It's fine to defend your arguments but making a ton of posts simply to insult others is not ok. If the troll posts/personal attacks continue, warning points will be added. Keep it civilized please.

The kawaii ribbon is an unreleased headgear. Not an event/quest headgear at this very moment. The only way to obtain it is by buying it off other players. Solved.

The small installer is only there in-case the person that downloads our server already has the required renewal files. It brings no additional content. Solved.

Downloads should be fine. Might need some patience for our dedicated seeders to kick in when downloading the torrent though.

Seems like your download got corrupted. Can you try downloading it from the direct download link instead of the torrent. To speed it up and prevent issues with the file use a download accelerator such as Flashget.

Don't use websites to check your ping. It's very inaccurate. The one and only proper way to check your real ping is by using the CMD command.

If you want to try the game you'll have to install the All-In-One installer. Unless you already have the renewal files, which I doubt. So please use the direct download from the All-in-one. If it's too slow, try using a download accelerator such as Flashget.
