Yes to the stats, yes to the weight, yes to the autocast reject and yes to the ragin dragon flame. However I don't think damage reduction and quadmire should be given to the weapon. We have just recently reduced all the reductions, adding reductions to this weapon will trigger people to ask for reduction on their weapons as well. Also quagmire is a skill that can counter a complete class. I think it being autocasted with ifrit rings and wizard being able to cast it is more than enough of a downside of that class already. This weapon seems fine, though it's probably not going to match up vs some other valk weapons.

That I could agree on. However in my opinion stalker is NOT one of the classes that needs to be looked into for now. They have plenty of versatility when it comes to fighting and they are one of the stronger classes. Str builds are still missing. Magic build does not need boosting (in my opinion) and on top of all that I think there are certain classes that need way more work than stalkers. Specially at this moment.

I also disagree with this. In my opinion having more castles greatly improved the WoE experience. It's not just full breaker guilds rushing for the last second break, It's also guilds guarding and attempting to keep the castle. US WoE is very much more enjoyable compared to EU WoE as EU WoE is nothing but a breakers paradise.(In my opinion that is). Heck in my opinion US WoE is even more challenging compared to the EU one. Because US woe requires tactiques instead of just brainless rushing. It might be me but... Wouldn't 1 castle just mean you can ignore the defending guild because the emp room would be so crowded and flooded that there's no real reason to bother attacking the defending guild cause you'll have 70+ other breakers breaking too. Why would you waste time hitting the defending guild? I'd say lets try WoE first. Now the reductions are reduced and Sanctuary is useful again. I think defending will be way easier.

Trying later most of the time really does solve this issue, other than that. Wait for the manual patch or updated small client.

As stated above , I mentioned Vista not windows 7. And All you'd have to do with either of these is click on accept or run it as an admin. Not that much of an issue. The small patch should fix this problem though. Does not seem like an folder issue.

Not sure about the pets. But I'd definetely agree with an homun boost.

I haven't analyzed the errorcode yet but my first guess would be that it has to do with the disguise candies and a certain action combined with those. Just like you can error yourself with some of them xP.

Zac on vista you can install it anywhere you want. Besides folder settings won't deny access to internet, it would only deny access to the entire folder IF folder settings were altered. By default no folder like this one would be blocked.. ^That. will do.

I'm afraid updating your graphic driver would do nothing to fix this issue. If it was related to your Direct X or graphic card the entire game wouldn't run or keep a black screen. Setup.exe applies to your normal client only. I'm not sure about windows7(which you might have). But with vista while running the client through the patcher it automatically runs the patcher in administrator mode. Which causes this issue. When starting the client manually it's started without administrator mode. While running it in administrator mode the setup.exe changes will not apply to the client.

Might want to tell us what you were doing at the moment you errored. Opening party overview perhaps ? (Alt+z)

Second chance, maybe but certainly not more than that. I mean ladder cheating is not something you do "on accident". It's a choice you make and you know full well what you're doing when you do it. I do not think you can compare this to BCabuse in any way since broadcast abuse is a subject of discussion and most of the time based on GM's judgement ( Which B/C is considered abuse and which isn't ? there's always cases which are unclear.) however with Ladder Cheating it's quite obvious whether players cheated or not. Giving people a second chance is doable. But with an offense such as this one no more than 2 chances should be given (in my opinion)

I disagree with this suggestion. Reasons for this being : 1: It increases the possibility of cheating during ladder. 2: This command can actually support bots. 3: We already have 3 possible ways of contacting gms. (Support zone, @request, forums) I agree that the cons overweight the pro's in this suggestion.

Really like the idea, There's only one problem (in my opinion). This is once again a "high tier" event. Meaning the already strong and geared people will surely be winning this compared to the less geared and newer players. This would mean once again the already rich people would get the new items and the newer people would have an extremely hard time to get them as well. I think there are more than enough unreachable items for new players as it is. So I say +1 for the event but -1 for the chosen rewards. However the useful consumable idea is a very nice addition to the event.

Great update. This will help the newer people out by a great deal. Very glad to see that other snipers get to use 1 handed bows as well now :3. Only thing I still very much doubt about is the reduction change made. But since this is still a subject of change we'll just see what happens ^^ All in all , great update, great work :3 And <3 for the fixes as well.

I prefer it the way it is. This way players elaborate their decision whether they agree or disagree. By just voting many people wont take the efford to elaborate.

New ladder prizes are always good. And I love the recolor. However I don't think it's the prizes that discourages people from laddering, so I'm not sure if this really would blow life back into laddering or not. Also like I said in a different topic. I fully agree with the pvp token idea.

What about the people that worked hard to get multiple belts ? All their effort would be for nothing because only 1 set of belts would be needed from now on.. I don't think that's very fair.
