I think adding str instead of dex would have a better effect for creators. But that's just my personal opinion.

I don't really see how my addition to this suggestion would cause any problems. And in my opinion it's not about a fair fight, it'd about removing the possibility of abusing the @warp command within PvP fields. Aka. warp hit, warp hit. to be invincible and still be able to deal damage. Lol! thanks :3.

I'm free to reply to anything I wish to reply to. You're accusing lots of people in this topic based on completely nothing. So it makes no sense, not to me or anyone else. I'm not using any of your statements as a "weapon" against your "point" I'm merely stating that randomly trolling a topic is useless and that you COULD actually contribute normally to this topic by suggesting things such as the shield card. If you disagree with this suggestion then you disagree, that's alright. But it's very childish to go back to the topic just to start trolling about "So many people hate this" kind of crap that is based on absolutely no proof since there's only 3 people in the topic disagreeing with adding it. Just tell me what exactly is the use of posting ? And you're basing this on ? The chance of me actually joining this event is lets say... 5% ? I don't PvP that often anymore , I'm merely trying to make this server more attractive for people to play. And IF the event would be implemented I'd like it to be as balanced as possible. I don't recall anyone backing off from responding to me. Warp abuse can make you unhittable/immortal while you can attack once/twice after each warp. Hence why it's abused so much.

Alright well first off all. I post in nearly every single suggestion thread. GM or not does not make a single bit of difference to me. So your accusations make little sense to me. Second, If you would've payed attention , it would've been clear that quite some other people saw problems with it. HOWEVER they are here to give constructive criticism and trying to fix these problems, bugs w/e you want to call them, instead of starting to uselessly troll a topic. Your accusation on "im going to defend this even if i have to spout verbal crap" is based on completely nothing. So it's not really proving any point. Some idea's in the real world get shot down, some are considered, some get accepted immediately. Yet all are presented in the first place. As for any proper idea/suggestion it's open for change and additions. Nowhere in this topic was stated that you were not allowed to suggest additional things to balance out classes more for this event. That's pretty much what everyone has been trying to do in the first place. You could've suggested adding such a card earlier in this topic instead of starting to troll the suggestion instead. I have not seen any statements regarding "Hey this is my suggestion, nothing will change about it. Like it or gtfo". There has been no retaliation either. People post their opinions and they will tell what they are basing their opinion on. You have your opinion, they have theirs. If they disagree with you it doesn't mean they are retaliating against you. Hence most of them had obvious arguements why they disagreed with your statements.

Ah , we have a ticket system for this. :). You can find it at the top of the screen. Tell him to click on the button called Ticket System (at the top of his screen here on the forums) and follow the guidelines. The GMs will help him there. He will have to make a new forum account to post a ticket, or he can add Genesis to MSN and request for help directly. PS. If your friend remembers his username he can recover his forum password at the login page from the forums by clicking on "Forgot your password?" and following the steps. He can also recover his in-game account password if he remembers his username and email. This can be done at the control pannel. Closing this topic now cause it doesn't belong here. Alright , that might help. Only thing I can say right now is make sure you're not using any files from a different server (or different source) than our own one. So just use the files presented on our site and forums, no others (Specially no other clients). Besides that, make sure you're fully patched at all times and are not blocking the connection of the client in any way.

I believe it does. Never actually checked but I don't think we customized this in any way so it should. Also you can gain a few extra stat points by doing an elite quest once your level 255/255. Baby characters can also gain additional stat points by talking to their specific stat resetter. Regards, Ryuk

Like you said most of these skills are also used to buy time, slow people down or stunlock them. In addition to these you might want to add a slowgrace (slowgrace is a gypsy skill that slows movement speed and attack speed of all enemies). Slowgrace goes through gtb so this might take over the stagging role LoV used to have in your 'old' tactique. I've thought about this several times as well. Might want to check the accepted/rejected suggestions and see if it has been suggested before. If not, feel free to make an official suggestion ? :) Veracity has answered your other concerns. Alright, first of all welcome to ForsakenRO. As the description of our server might've said we're a very customized server. Here's some of the customizations we made regarding the wizard class you are worried about : 1: We have several custom headgears and cards/weapons that increase matk with a certain %. Magic damage output can be extremely high vs none gtb users. 2: GTB does fully block magic spells. Hence why boosts have been given to the stave crasher skill (in case they get in a 1 vs 1 with a gtber) Stave crasher skill does physical damage but the damage is based on the wizard's matk. Aside from that their custom valk weapon also autocasts strip shield when attacking. 3: As a leader from the competitive WoE guild, you should know that precast should never be just wizards. Precasts should increase aoe damage from other classes as well. For example you can use a gunslinger within the area of the meteor spam. Since the meteor spam would force people to gtb, the gunner could score some easy kills. As for your other questions, most have been answered. Right now we do not have battlegrounds since these are actual renewal changes that we have not yet gone through. However we are currently discussing the possibility of PvP tournaments , aside from the PvP ladder and last man standing events we already have. Sure feel free to add it =p. I understand what you're saying, yet I don't fully agree to it. There are many classes that 'should' have this disadvantage. Yet only a few of those have it still. Clowns/gypsies have their own disadvantages too aside from the weight limit. I agree clowns don't need massive boosts but adding level5 weight limit would (in my opinion) be nothing but fair.

Hmm, Why not just put the delay on @warp and not @go. This would 1 : remove the issue of event joining etc. 2 : Disable people from constantly warping to for fild to not get hit. They'd have to warp back to town and back to the field again. This would basically remove the warp abuse.

Oh, I agree to that. =P As for what they need. I'd say a matk bonus so they can do enough damage to force people to gtb (right now everyone just easily outyggs their magic)/Increase the coma rate on the creator weapon/ Massively boost homunculus to be anywhere near useful. Homunculus are a HUGE part of the creator which is completely useless on here. I was thinking about giving the weapon a certain card effect that normally goes in armor. Like the more int you have the more str it adds. This could encourage hybrid builds. Maybe add autocast mamonite/acid terror to the weapon so the coma rate can kick in too. People would have to choose to either reduce the damage or remove the chance of being coma'd/magic spammed. Those are just a few thoughts =P As for the clown thing : Clown needs high dex for their damage. Clown needs a larger amount of vit to get the hp profs have, clowns also need agi to get max aspd (specially if they want to use kobold), clowns need int to make the jt useful and clowns need str to carry yggs. Combining these things clowns lose about just as much stat points in int/agi and str as profs use for just agi. Yet profs do get the bonus weight and clowns dont. Maybe instead of level 10 add level 5 to clowns/gypsies ?

Mamonite does get influenced by % cards. You're confusing Cart termination with mamonite. Mamo does get effected, Cart termination doesn't. As for the topic. I highly agree that creators need a massive boost. But I also agree with Sorrow. They need something way more than this. This won't change a thing for them. As for the weight on clowns. I can agree with a light weight boost, cause they are one of the only classes that dont get a weight boost. Do remember only the merchant class was supposed to have the weight advantages together with peco paladins/LKs. However now every single class got the extra weight so it would be nothing but fair if the remaining classes got it too.

It should definitely work with necro hood , else the boost for throwing skills should be higher.

Well the problem is... If it's a tie what will happen to the score ? Both will get a "win" ? So lets say if it's the first fight. it starts with 0-0. Champ asuras someone else both die. What will happen to the score ? If you leave it at 0-0 it could last forever and the champion would just asura as soon as he'd be out of yggs. Just so he can restock and start over again. However if you make it 1-1 fights will tie unlimitedly as well. Since the reflect happens once champs know the opposite player wont be able to survive asura again (cause the enemy cant change gears). And since they cant change gears he can just asura at any moment when getting low on yggs, knowing it will end in a tie. It's possible to keep the best of 5 with this but it will take a lot of time with all the ties. On top of that we have to make sure players can NOT switch between gears between rounds else the reflect can be abused, hard.

When did you download/install this full installer ? Did the game work before with the same files you use now ? PS. did you try manually starting the client (not through the patcher) and in administrator mode ?
