    Wrong. Crit does ignore flee but not PD. I'd use dagger over katar. Katar will leave you way too vurnerable for attacks. That would be the best weapon for crit sinx.

  5. First of all I never stated it is overpowered. I said it's decent the way it is. I don't think stalkers need such a huge advantage to completely remove the need for kiel cards while all other magic classes except for ninjas need kiels to do anything with their magic. Stalkers charm is obvious to me. (Copy spells, strip, backslide, massive hp) Especially the strip is what makes them unique compared to the other 'magic type classes'. Magic stalkers can do the exact same thing. The only thing that would be different is the weapon as the bow has little reductions as well. Well then I'd recommend you guys to suggest something that stalkers will be able to do vs GTB. This topic's suggested change would not change a single thing towards their weakness and it would STILL not be "attractive" to change to a magic stalker build over the prof/wizzy or ninja. Even though magic ninjas do not have a single thing they can do vs gtb either, besides trying to survive. At least a stalker can outwait fcp and then easily kill his/her target. Wearing those headgears would require you to add quite some agi no matter what build you are in. Dex or int. Either way it's not smart to wear only 2 kiels with a magic class full time. So if you'd replace the poring tower with fhelm. You'd be unfreezeable have max aspd with less than half the agi the redux bow stalker would have , have more hp and be able to spam perfectly fine. In exchange you lose 10% reduction which the extra hp and extra stats to vit instead of agi make up for. In short : There are possibilities in boosting up magic stalkers. But I don't think this is the right way. Magic stalkers will still have the same problem with this suggestion implemented as they have now.
  6. A boost to str type stalkers I can agree to, but magic ones are fine as they are. Their damage output is higher than str and dex builds. their survivability is better than str builds and probably slightly better than dex ones as well (Based on stats, easier access to vit and therefor more hp). This change is like asking to add a 100% after skill delay reduction to Loli hat or a specific skill. So profs and wizards wont need kiels anymore to spam their main skill or skills. If you dont want to use kiels and still use magic then just copy this skill. That's what the copy ability is for. Yes preserve can be removed by one single class with a skill that's based on luck and relying on the speed of the player to use a different skill right after the correct card. But every class should have his/her weaknesses. The only reason why you dont see a lot of magic stalkers is gtb. And people dont want to wait out the fcp (like stalkers should..). This suggestion will not stop that one single problem magic stalkers have, gtb.
  7. I'm not out to "punish" stalkers in any way. As for their HP. Int stalkers can easily get double the HP you have with regular vit and gears. As for the change to kiels, they could now be immune to stone curse and get some reductions too (perhaps even additional reduction to elements) and/or true sight. These changes WILL increase their survivability by a lot. I'm sorry but I really don't think stalkers are the ones that need boosting right now.

  9. Kobold hat is [1] too. Loli hat is [1] too. They are all 1 slotted for a reason. It will require you to use 3 kiels and this will cause vurnerabilities. This is done on purpose. There's a huge amount of skills they can copy. Whether they copy a skill that requires kiels or not is their choice. Bolts are definitely not useless as it puts out massive damage. And with the huge survivabilty/hp stalkers get they wont have to fear reflect like profs/wizzards. Maybe you can add a slight bonus to matk to improve the damage further and make the bolts "less useless" but removing the need for kiel cards is a too big boost. In my opinion that is.
  10. I disagree completely, Stalkers are fine as they are in every single way. Their survivability is already huge. Changing the the bolts to lightning spear of ice will remove the needs of kiels and will give stalkers even bigger advantages than they already have.

    Turtle general - 25 coupons Ifrit set - Rings are sold for zeny instead of coupons. 35mil each should do so about 1-2 coupons for the set I guess. Maya purple card - 1 coupon. tops. Phreeoni card - 20-25 coupons ghostring card - 3-5 coupons thanatos card - 10000-12000 coupons.
  12. Honestly, I'm not sure about the weapon. But I'd like to give it a try it seems very decent but I don't think it would be too OP. I guess I could agree to this :3.
  13. You might want to at least double that damage vs decent reductions (frigs+usa+sgw). Without thanatos that is you'd still do about 24-28k hits with insane spam. The reason why gunslingers have low HP is because their damage output is MASSIVE. I'm really not sure about this weapon X.x
  14. I actually disagree with removing frost joke from the gypsy weapon. The songs were made equally the way they are. Gypsies were meant to be the more offensive counterpart of clowns in the first place. On here it's the other way around, clowns have better support and better offensive skills as well. And lets face it, stunjoke is completely useless compared to the frost one. Either way, I think gypsy players should fight this out with you =p.
  15. The above files should indeed work. However you can just patch normally after installing the file. There's no reason at all to never patch after installing the file. It won't corrupt your current updated data. Regards, Ryuk

    Cobwebs and holy waters. I can definitely agree to this. This would not be overpowered in any single way and it would really give another fun skill to use for profs. Good old times on my professor during woe <3
  17. Sonic blow will kill faster because it's a sudden burst of damage, therefor harder to ygg against. However your own survivability will be less as well.

    Attackspeed should be +5 Max. I dont see why LK should get a bigger aspd bonus above all other classes. Implementing all 3 of these effects will give them HUGE damage output. And at the same time LKs already have HUGE survivability. You shouldn't be able to have both. A weapon for BB/counter attack I can agree to, but these effects seem quite over the top.
  20. Stalkers were played regularly and with the reductions back then they were pretty much immortal. They wanted an offensive boost yet the valk weap gave a defensive one as well. They did not need such a boost at any given time. Comparing the sinx weapon to the clown and champ one.. I don't think it was there just to "have something" for the class. Considering the weapon is amazingly strong specially compared to the clown and champ one. As for the suggestion : I still agree to the given boosts. Seeing the calculations it shouldn't be too OP. Besides maybe this will finally give a use to the noxious cards ? :3 As the GMs always say : "We'll implement it and if it turns out to be overpowered we can still always change it" =PP? I hope this suggestion will get that result =P.
  21. Magic stalkers are able to get better survivability than bow stalkers. Why ? Because with the right skill copied you won't need kiels or fsolder, you will only need instant cast and high matk + some attack speed. While on the bow you'll need high dex. max aspd at all times. Int for some decent mana etc. Your stats will be devided over different attributes way more as a bow stalker compared to the int ones. This means either less damage or less survivability. I'm sorry but I played stalker for a bit lately and it can be pretty much unkillable as it is. Adding such a huge HP boost will be overkill.
  22. Sinx didn't need a boost. Yet they got an amazing weapon (well the crit weap is amazing in my opion. 1 handed with HUGE damage output.). Stalkers didn't quite need an boost yet they got an retardedly amazing bow. On the other hand classes that did need a (huge) boost. WS/Ninja/priest/chemist got pretty much nothing. So honestly it did not quite do it's job. I agree with this suggestion as it would only be fair to give them a decent valk weapon as well. Not as a high priority change cause it's not a must have for this class. Also I'd say make it +20 dex/int max. Else the damage increase might get slightly too high.
