  2. Digging through my screenshots, brought back memories.. Here's my entries. Good Ol' times ? Everyone chilling and having a good time, except for poor Shoopdawhoop. Those were the good old payon days ! Above proofs some places can be hectic. But in the end we can find rest ! Screw Nespresso, we got ForsakenRO !
  3. Yup merchant class was one of the classes that needed the boost the most but didn't get an actual boost. So I hope that the current soaring items will be edited for them. instead of again new items added that are supposed to improve the class.
  4. Agreed to boosting WS this was accepted several times before. Still waiting on the actual boost they were gonna get. One way or another +1 to boosting WS. Personally I think the boost should be way higher. Or maybe something else than % because a % of nothing still remains nothing. The 30% damage boost is hardly noticeable even. That.

    A Test Server.

    This would be a huge amount of work for something only a part of the server wants, Most of the ones that don't want it have seen the effects of third jobs already and apparently disliked it. So did I. I disagree with this suggestion due to the following reasons : 1: It will be a lot of work and take a huge amount of time. This time could be invested differently and in my opinion better. 2: The test server would have to be hosted if other players were to test on it. If it were to be hosted on the same host as our main server it would increase (the chance of) lag on our main server. Which is a big - . 3: Personally I do not think the third jobs are attracting more people. Since every single server is changing to them, I think the servers that remain without the third classes will be more wanted. 4:I just completely dislike the third jobs as they pretty much ruined the RO experience for me when I played them.

  9. I'll have to agree with this. Lowering the reduction rates will only boost up the classes that already do massive damage and rend the ones that are supposed to be able to take more damage useless. If I take priest for example, their damage output is rediculously low as it is, they are purely based on survivability, in most cases reductions. While sinx and snipers are 'mainly' based on damage output and can use reductions when needed . Which of these classes would benefit more from reducing the reduction rate ? Sinx and sniper. My point being is that by lowering these reduction rates we once again give the DPS characters an advantage compared to the support/survivability characters and in my opinion the dps characters have more than enough advantages already. Basically , I pretty much agree with everything Nine's said in this topic. :excl:
  10. Dracula and sniper card are rather useless in our pvp because ygg berries are enabled. Also once you get to know the star glad skills you will figure out you do not need phreeoni :). As for your boots, I would definitely go for FBH , else your damage would be rather weak. I'll show you my star glad later if you want since I haven't seen any other star glads around for a long long time. (Sorry about ressing old topic, didn't pay attention to the date, feel free to delete the post or close the topic)
  11. Nice guide ^^ . Lately I've been the only PD prof around. I use slightly different gears though and have quite a bit more survivability. Lets get a few things straight though : 1 : Crit does not work vs PD. PD dodges all normal physical hits including crit. 2 : PD does not dodge skills like Bowling bash or arrow vulcan, you need flee to dodge certain skills. 3 : I'd definitely add Safetywall to your skillbar list to dodge physical skills as well + use mist to reduce ranged damage (Yes you DO have to stand in your own mist). Goodluck to all new profs !, Morgon.
  12. No difference with FAS except for the fact that FAS is also ranged and splash and has elemental advantages and doesn't cost zeny and doesn't have a required skill to be able to use it. So I see no reason how this would be "OP" in any way. Got any suggestions for WS then ? I mean all their other skills were changed to useless (Due to.. FCP overflow, No stun with hammerfall, No perma stun with CT, everyone got weight increase, ) Almost ALL their advantages were taken and all their disadvantages stayed. If you disagree with a damage boost so much then come up with something else that could help WS.
  13. CT can't break. Not with meltdown not with WS card. Only ws normal hits /mamo/cart revo will break, the CT itself cant break(even while meltdown is activated). Next to WS's low damage output their HP is also one of the worst in the entire game due to all the tao boosts etc. So at the moment they are squishy(low hp easy to kill) and have a low damage output. Hence why I also see no reason why CT shouldn't exceed FA damage. Snipers are ranged, also have a 1 handed weapon now , have more HP and do more damage. So boosting CT above FA damage would only balance things more.
  14. +1, Definitely +1 on these suggestions. I've been waiting several months for a proper WS boost. The new weapon and halloween headgear was an okay start. But WS still has a long way to go to be on par with the other classes. After my WS suggestion got accepted with the promise the real WS weapon still had to be released I rested my case for quite a while. However at this moment I would very much prefer a boost on the current WS weapon instead on another new weapon. I agree with all 3 suggestions given, including the weight increase on cart as I have suggested that before as well. It is true creators would be able to carry more as well and I can understand people see this as a problem..But do keep in mind the merchant class is supposed to be able to carry way more than any other classes, and that advantage was pretty much taken when every class got the increase weight limit on their weapon. 1.- Increase Cart Weight on [ Whitesmisth Class ]. Agreed. 2.- Increase Atroce Cards effect to something like 300 ~ 400 for [ Whitesmith Class ]. Agreed. 3.- Increase the % of M Forgers/Halloween Hats/Ws Black Oriental Sword. Agreed.

  16. LKs damage output was way higher than any other...I played the LK class when the weapon first came out and I'll be fair, the weapon was WAY too overpowered, both in damage and the coma rate. Even with this 'nerf' the LK damage is higher than several other classes (Merchant class for example ?) My damage was way higher than that on 55% reductions o.o; I agree , lets try to balance the server more, instead of making one class overpowered and leaving the rest behind. There are other classes that need boosts more than Lord Knight. LK already is the most versitile class, with the best survivability and one of the best skill sets (both ranged and melee), And now you want to have the highest damage output as well ? I dont see how that's balanced. Also how does that screenshot proof anything ? How many snipers do you see ? How many clowns do you see ? There are more Whitesmiths on the screenshot than clowns and snipers. Does that mean WS is played more often than snipers/clowns or WS is a better class ? No, not at all...
  17. ...... Current EU players have their woe at 4 pm. Most of them are still at work or class at that time... Making it even earlier is completely out of the question for european players. The time was already mostly decided by asian players during the vote, and this option was the most suitable for them and the least suitable for european players. Yet it still won. Please don't screw up EU WoE even more.. the times are already horrible for real european players. I would prefer woeing at 10pm my time instead of 4 pm.. so I think the times are okay the way they are right now.

    Ad Bottles

    +1. I completely agree with this. The huge costs of playing creator is one of the two reasons that I don't play the class anymore. I could even agree to making the bottles like arrows. I mean AD is extremely easy to reduce , costs a shitload and requires 3-4 kiels to spam properly. Compare that to sniper and snipers overpower creators by a big load, specially now they can wear shields. I see no reason how this could be "unfair". Yes AD can break gears but seriously, who doesn't have FCP around here ? And all the custom weapons are unbreakable as well... So.. I agree with making bottles like arrows. If that's too much then at least lower the price by a LOT.
  19. I agree with any boost on the whitesmith class/weapon. I can agree with the cart boost effect and coma one. Even though I would prefer the suggestions made in my own topic.
  20. Knew this was coming once one handed bows were released. Personally I say hell no to a one handed katar, and certainly hell no to a 1 handed katar stronger than the 2 handed ones. However, I can understand people are asking for this now , since all 2 handed weapons got changed to 1 handed.

    Whitesmith Job.

    Obviously he's wearing 0 to 1 reduction items. On top of that, you're massively geared and only do 33k hits on a low redux character. At the same time assassins do 32k+ dmg with normal autoattacks on a character with way more reductions , autoattacking doesn't take money, autoattacking doesn't require spamming, at the same time sins also have more hp, more survivability. On these low reductions our current snipers do 2x 35k dsses. While DS is ranged, easier and faster to spam and can semi-stunlock. Spiral pierce on this reduction does about 15kx5 = 75k. which is easily spammable and at the same time comas too. How do just 33k hits make up to the massive boosts other classes got ? Your damage remains lower than the other classes, your survivability remains lower than other classes, you're still 10x as easy to disable compared to the other classes while wasting shitloads of zeny.

    Cards/arrow/quest.

    Most other classes don't even hit half of that damage with thana vs 2 skolls. I really think it's fine as it is. As for the cart. It would be cute, yes. But it would be quite unfair as well. Certainly for the classes that already have carts. Their maximum weight limit advantage already got taken away from them, now you want the cart to be available for everyone too ? I would agree with this if this card would double to weight limit of the cart for the merchant class.
  23. Other people post their opinions in my topic for a reason, not to be skipped. 90% of the people that posted in my topic agreed with my suggestions and gave alternatives. The community agreed with the alternatives as far as our forum community goes. It's not only my voice that symbolizes the community but as you have seen in this topic and in my suggestion topic. it's the hordes of forum people that symbolize the voice of the entire community. I don't see how 110 replies in one suggestion topic can be compared to a single player symbolizing the entire community. Also, the situation for Whitesmiths has not really changed comparing 4 months ago till now. If it has changed it has only gotten worse for them.. so the suggestions from 4 months ago are still compatible. Well since this weapon is a bow, all stalkers would need is dex to gain massive attack, instead of (with dagger or sword) they'd need dex and str. Bow weapons also get easier attack boosts through dexterity compared to daggers and swords can get through strength. Also the stats on the bow and the damage adds on the weapon already give decent damage. + santa poring is used for reductions as it adds damage at the same time as well. Plenty of suggestions have been made about the weapons the community disagrees with. In my case I've responded to the stalker weapon change suggestions and I've made my own suggestions for the whitesmith weapon in my whitesmith topic. So actual suggestions are actually made.
