Did you check out our troubleshooting guide here? https://forsaken-ro.net/download/troubleshooting-guide/ If I understand your issue correctly, it sounds like it might have a similar fix as the "Help, When I start the game it closes immediately with no error message!" section.

This is most likely because you haven't downloaded our all in one in awhile. We recommend using the all in one installer and not the small patch if you're erroring in towns.

Genesis typically gives out donations between 9-11 AM and 9-11 PM server time, so you should receive it very soon if you haven't already! :)

The United States, where the server is hosted, had a Daylight Savings time adjustment last night. Please note that the server time is now an hour ahead, meaning the times of WoE and GvG/BR may be different for you now depending on where you live. You can view the updated server time above the bulletin board near the Help Desk for reference. Please let all of your friends know as well! :)
