This is an official RO item - that's just the name of it. It's a hood that has a skull on it. :P If anyone is capable of spriting the headgear you're suggesting, we'd be open to adding it though!

Sorry, I understand the bot check can be annoying sometimes, but the benefits of it far outweigh the cons. I think it's worth the occasional inconvenience to make the server fair for everyone. :)

As people already said, the effect was deliberately changed. :)

I'm really dubious about removing the delay on FSK, as this was done deliberately to prevent people from abusing a bug with the skill. An item that allows you to soul link, we could look into doing, as well as an HP boost. IIRC, there's a reason we don't have hatred reset but I'll have to confirm it with Genesis.

We already have a lot of these hairstyles added. If there's any ones we do not already have that people want to suggest, please make sure to include the exact numbers/hairstyles you want added in a new suggestion. Thanks!

If you download the 3rd job sprites, it actually should be added already. I believe Genesis had added it awhile ago. :)

Release small updates roughly every 2 weeks. Focus on suggestions, fixing bugs, and game play improvements. Hold staff to high standards. Have performance reviews of each staff member every month. Be better about moderating activity, and removing inactive staff. Re-structure staff, or re-organize in a way it's more business-like and professional. Have managers to oversee certain roles. Look for more community members to be involved with development and/or consultation.

We are a Pre-Renewal server, and the interface you're referring to is the Renewal one. However, we have an optional 3rd job sprites pack, so you can enjoy the new classes without their imbalanced and broken skills. :)
