Have you tried running it as administrator? Here are the steps to follow: Go to your RO folder Open the setup application by double clicking it. At the top bar select your graphic card Select the resolution that you want (Always pick one lower or equal to your current resolution, not higher). Press OK. Right click your setup application and click run as administrator. Select the resolution that you want (Always pick one lower or equal to your current resolution, not higher). Press OK. Start the game by double clicking FkenRO.exe Your client should now work. Optional: On windows 8 make sure you disable full screen mode at the setup as full screen mode does not cooperate with windows 8 very well.

I do agree we should add something to the description of the hat and mention it in the Token Shop as well. Genesis already responded to your ticket and said he would be willing to help you if you provide screenshot proof. Alternatively, you could always sell the hat to someone else or use it on a different class.

We've decided to extend the deadline for another week since people may be busy with Easter. The new deadline is April 12, 2015. :)

We just want to update everyone that we've obtained the person who is attacking the server's IP address and information. If the attacks don't stop, our host is going to work with us to report them to the FBI cyber crime unit, their ISP PLDT, as well as the hosting services they're using, like Energy Group Network and others. DDoS attacks and extortion are very serious crimes and won't be handled lightly.

Thanks for bearing with us so far. In an effort to keep everyone informed, we want to let you know that the server is currently being attacked. Although we have DDoS protection, we've been experiencing extremely large attacks against the server that exceed our protection. Genesis has been working with the host to try to mitigate it as much as possible, and we're doing everything we can to get things back to normal. I want everyone to know that nothing is going to happen to the server, and we will not close. Your characters and all of your progress in game are 100% safe. This isn't the first time we've been attacked, and we always get through it. We are 110% dedicated to the server and aren't going anywhere. In fact, we have a lot of really big and exciting updates planned for the near future! We hope you'll understand our situation and continue to be patient and supportive.
