If it's an official RO item, it's fair game (which this is). The only thing we would not add is if it's a custom sprite made by a spriter for another server that's exclusive to them/isn't released publicly. Many of our items are exclusive to us (rucksucks [with the exception of the Angeling/Archangeling/Deviling ones by Happy], Skull Aurora, Butterfly Aurora, Love Aurora, balloons, to name a few are all made exclusively for ForsakenRO). All of the different recolors we have are also exclusively made for us by our team. Hope that helps. :) I'd like to get more people's feedback on this aura!

Thanks for pointing out the incorrect links on the troubleshooting page, they've been fixed now! In the future, it's best to report issues like that in the ticket system or simply to PM one of the staff, like Bishop said.

I'm going to close this topic now since it's devolved into fighting which is unproductive. Thanks to all who have contributed to this topic. We'll be carefully going over each post and considering everyone's opinions. I think we have a good idea now on how to best address this issue. :)

We're not putting a delay, we're merely limiting the amount of skill spam that the server will accept (to one that is the maximum legitimate spamming speed), and people using 3rd party programs will not be able to spam faster than that and will get disconnected from the server. We are taking our time and doing it very carefully so it will not effect people who are playing honestly, only those who are cheating. Making it so cheating isn't possible in the first place is much better for everyone and the server rather than going on huge banning sprees. I am confused by the rest of your post. Do you not understand what macros are? As for reporting cheaters, players are encouraged to do so, but it's difficult to prove on our end whether or not someone is using 3rd party programs or macro keyboards/gaming gear. That's why we have decided to not allow either.

Don't worry, it's not going to impact anyone negatively, whether they live near the server or not. We're working on carefully testing out each of the problematic skills, and are going to test it with multiple people from different locations in Europe and Asia before releasing it to the server. People will be able to spam the same as they do now (legitly), but those who use 3rd party programs will no longer benefit from doing so and will be disconnected from the server. Thank you for that constructive post. This is why we've announced today that macros (including ones that are part of gaming gear) are no longer permitted.

As part of the first step in eliminating cheaters: All macros, including those that are a part of your keyboard, are no longer permitted. You may only use the ForsakenRO client when playing ForsakenRO. The only exception to this is WTFast and any other ping reducing programs.

We'll make it so they can be stored. :) We can also reduce the weight of them too. Thanks for letting us know! I already responded to your ticket about this. :) But basically, in order to fix the issues with Parry based on the community's feedback, we changed Freyr's to one handed. So that's why Two Handed Quicken doesn't work anymore. We'll look into re-adding it though.

I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the change we decided to make. However, we're trying to make it so more people can obtain Limited Helms since Imperial Helms are very rare and many players who have them opt not to turn them into Imperial Tokens. Since Imperial Tokens are rare, it means players cannot have more than one at most, which limits the selection of the styles they can use. The whole point of adding Valkyrie Expansion helms (and their Limited Edition counterparts) was to allow players to customize their looks more. Imperial Helms will still be valuable because they are rare, and some players prefer their sprite to V.E. helms. As for Harmony, I'd like to point out that Harmony is not only easy to bypass, but is extremely flawed. There are a TON of issues with Harmony, and it hurts more than it helps. Instead, we're going to adjust the delays on problematic skills to prevent players from abusing 3rd party programs.

Welcome to ForsakenRO. :) I'd recommend checking out our beginner guide here: https://forsaken-ro.net/getting-started/ There's some different sections that cover topics people usually struggle with, like leveling and gearing up. If you're looking for a guild, there's one called Hex that's geared towards new players and seems very friendly. They have a recruitment topic on the forums too if you're interested in finding out more. As for things to do - we have tons of quests, raids, and fun events to partake in too. :) If you're a low rate player who enjoys more story driven quests, you should check out our unique storyline, Fate of the Gods, when you're max level and geared up!
