Well like maii said, its gonna be "boring", but for me, I find the cast time unique as it should with a sniper rifle. Putting irl logic aside, tracking is meant to have a cast time and it should deal alot of damage.

Thats why we use phen card

Dont they? those 2skills improve the variable cast time as far as i believe. however for MS, it's manipulated by DEX and INT to effect the VARIABLE CAST TIME and AFTER-CAST DELAY.

upgraded my helm even my ring no change at all T_T
as mentioned above suffra and strings dont work with tracking..
