Actually there is plenty sinx in the past who play soul breaker or to be precise sinx who use all of its skill (sb, grimtooth, soul breaker, and normal hit) with a lot of switch and weapon. Sometimes they back to town to switch stat also. But yeah the current weapon for sinx doesn't boost damage for soul breaker much and there is many people who suggest to buff soul breaker skill. And yea right now the server mostly filled with people who have more then 1 sets and they didn't want to invest to only 1 class and master it fully. So I doubt you'll see a good pvp sinx who utilize all of sinx skill to the fullest which is need almost all of sinx weapon including Loki's Cursed Blade.

PvP event was the most difficult event to held, since you'll need some active people to be a judge and of course not biasing. And weighing from the mechanism you said, I doubt this will get implemented.

1 handed Kitty Claw would make brainless "Assassin" stand all day long SB'ing his target without trying to back slide and cloak, and still want to be called "Assassin"

Well I didn't play ninja a lot so I can't say much about the first point. But aside from Ninja there is other class out there who suffer with the same cause. Like Bio AD (which will make Bio OP if they only need to bring 1 bottle each in my opinion) and HW Ganbantein which still need Gem (though I didn't know the reason why they didn't make it can be cast by only bring 1 gem). So maybe they have a good reason for it, since the class was already like that since as long as I can remember and I'm sure some people already suggest it before. And yea not all non-donate counterpart was exactly 80% of donate one. And Legendary Shuriken was 1 among them (I remember Legendary Bio Mace also suck compared to Jormungand Rage). I do hope developer team would take this into consideration.

I remember some people already suggest this, also with RAW not only SW. I do like the suggestion and most of people back then also liked the idea. But if I remember correctly, the reason as for why this suggestion can't be implemented is it would take time to make this happen and they prefer to go for another suggestion that not time consuming or bigger update that give a plenty of change compared to this one. But, if by any chance this suggestion is possible to implement, I do hope to see this suggestion got implemented.

Nice update, I hope there will be another new MVP card since the new MVP card only work best on specific class which happen I didn't play the class XD
