If the party leader disconnects, then you will need to wait the timer out. This is not meant to fix SEA player connectivity issues, that is impossible. This is meant to provide a way to recall party members, as the party leader, if members disconnect.

You can't reenter. Your party leader must remain inside the raid, and he can recall the entire party. If he disconnects too, then you will need to wait the timer out and restart the raid.

These are jobs, not palettes.

Wearing anything specific for their adult classes on babies is not supported.

They are pokeballs, you buy them in the safari.

The Safari variants are completely different pets with a different ID, they have a different tame item (Pokeballs).

Hi, I am able to connect fine. So are 500+ people. it is more than likely an issue with your ISP's routing from your location, to the server. A solution would be to use a VPN (like WTFAST and the like).
