Just to make sure PM Genesis your contact info as well. MSN at times needs invites from both sides. Also first thing you should check is your setup.exe. Check the resolution box and make sure the resolution is not bigger than your actual screen resolution. That's the most frequent cause of the misplaced screen.

Try to run the FkenRO.exe instead of running the game through the patcher. See if that changes anything.
