  1. JT is hardly used as a killing bolt in pvp because of the knock back. Even if there is a boost in dmg, it is not spammable unless ur opponent gets cornered or is wearing anti knock back gears. Therefore, even if JT is boosted ppl would still opt to use cold/fire bolt as their main bolt skill imo, unless we are talking about wizards in WoE. Stave crasher dmg boost is a huge advantage (if wizard stave is going to out dmg prof stave) when you are fighting ppl who know what they are doing, so i'm still against bringing wizard hp on par to prof hp shall stave crasher dmg be boosted higher than what profs can do.
  2. 1. A separate weapon equivalent to voluspa is fine. 2. too deadly, especially when you are also proposing giving great boost to stave crasher. So I have to -1 for this. 3. Wizards are meant to have lower hp than profs. I'm not against giving wizards bit more hp, but I think you need to take a pick between boosting offense or defense, not both together. 4. I'm ok with it as a standalone, but not in conjunction with any of the above suggestions. In short, besides point 2, I'm ok with any of the other three as long as only one is passed.
  3. WoE 2.0 is 7am for Asian players, 1am for EU players. It is doable if you want to be hardcore, but you got to admit those are not the best option when we have better choices. bringing it forward 1 to 2 hours means it's 5am for Asian players, don't think it's a good time. I proposed 11pm on a Saturday because like i said it is a convenient time (around 11am for US players, 5pm for EU) for players from all 3 major time zones. Isn't this better than WoEing in the wee hours?
  4. 1. Emp HP: Around 800m should be fine. 3. Woe Schedule: Timing of the WoEs I say we make good use of weekends because that's when most ppl have least full day commitments (ie. work, school etc). Therefore, I suggest to shift Woe 2.0 to 10/11pm (GTM+8) so it is around late morning for American players, afternoon for the European players and night time for Asian players, should be convenient for majority of the population. Sunday nights (GMT+8) should be fully utilized too for the above reason. Castle number: Is there a reason why American WoE must have 3 castles? I tried one this morning, and WoE population is much lower than what we usually have on Asian WoEs.
  5. Er, I'm not Ryan! Biomehanika is. It doesn't need a complete reshuffle. We can consider taking the two extra castles off American WoE, and schedule them for two extra time slots on top of the existing ones.

Consolidating all WoE related suggestions as proposed by Aerynth, and it makes things easier to just discuss any WoE related suggestions in one thread so we don't have to repeat the same thing in diff threads, and it's easier for administrator review as well. Currently, suggestions that have been raised with regards to WoE: 1. Emp HP: Stays/Lower/Revert to 250m 2. Castle Drop: Rares, tickets 3. Woe Schedule: Timing of the WoEs, castle numbers 4. Alliance/Guild Cap Did I miss out any? __________________________________________________________________________________ My Opinion on the above matters: 1. I don't mind slight modifications, but not a HP low enough for a break in every 2-3 minute like what was before. As for low Emp HP being more challenging for big guilds. If big guilds did not bother defending before Emp HP boost, what makes you think they will do it now with all the gear boosts? 2. I like Aerynth's idea of increasing drop rate with castle eco. it's good incentive to invest in proper defence, but i'm not sure if it's possible on the script side. 3. Time: more Asian WoEs, it can be at 11pm (GMT +8)to cater to the European players. Castle Number: any reason for American WoEs having 3 castles instead of 1 like the rest? If not, it's probably better to reduce it to 1 and have the other two castles scheduled for Asian/Europe WoEs. 4. Fine as it is now. If American WoEs are reduced to one castle, most of the alliance arrangements will not last (I'm assuming this alliance issue is most prominent in American WoEs when big guilds mutually agree not to attack each other).

House of tards is not allied with anyone, where did you get that piece of wrong information from? we do prioritize our kills: defending guild and its alliance first which most of the time is osfa and bad company, followed by next biggest guild which before this week was rtf. we do tend to let sinx from smaller guilds pass, but that doesn't mean we are allies with them, we just like seeing smaller guilds hold castles. split the drop? not to sound arrogant, but we really don't need that. @topic alliance do not last, that i agree, especially one driven by interest. As for WoE, it's more of an issue of schedule and number of castles imo, because I find friday WoEs alright. You may have problems in American WoEs when there are 3 castles. but all it takes is a well geared and organized team to sabotage. HoT love being dicks and annoy big guilds, so anyone/guild wants to troll, we are happy to offer assistance. look for us at aldebaran.

    LP has no effect in blocking AD. in fact, LP nulls pneuma, which should be in your advantage. The only thing LP may have anything to do with creator is that it protects against Heaven Drive, that is if you are using a creator ring.
  9. I only WoE on Fridays, and emp HP seems fine when everyone is in one castle. American WoEs may have issues with high emp hp since there are three castles available. On a side note, what's the rationale behind the opening of three castles on American WoEs? It is less populated than the Asian WoEs.
  10. Raids for reward sounds fun. What about bloody branches for prize? since class change from hocus pocus is removed. or a box that gives you good stuffs at a low rate? on a side note, we already have one good quest on hand but no one is making a run due to poor reward - Endless Tower. Instead of scripting for a new one, how about we utilize this first? Level of difficulty can be tweaked, but reward should be worth the effort as endless tower takes quite a while to finish. Den of Demons can be improved on as well.
  11. Last minute break for friday's WoE was about 2 minutes, including walking time. emp's hp is fine as it is now.
  12. +1 for team work. breakers not being able to solo, it should be taken as a good news. Finally some variety to gameplay, and room for proper defence.
  13. I've not tried WoE with the new emp HP yet, but the idea of higher emp HP sounds good to me. With the old emp HP, WoE is really all about walking for the first 50 minutes, if you are slow graced, you won't even make it to the emp room before the emp breaks. Everyone is counting on last minute, no one bothered with defense, it's basically a breakers' game. As for countering LP, it's harder than imagined if the opponent prof knows what he's doing. removing is easy, but recasting is easy too, you gonna get a headache if you encounter a prof who does nothing but spamming LP on your emp.
  14. It's a long term strategy for the better good of this international server. and this is a suggestion thread so everything in under this sub-forum is more work for the management team. So more work isn't an issue, the issue is if the work is worth the effort. back to topic, I think we can keep the weekday WoEs as it is, So Monday WoE is for EU timezone, Thursday for US, Friday for Asia. For Sat and Sun WoEs i think what Dazz suggested is viable, it caters to all three timezones.
  15. Most of the RO private servers are US based, so i don't really agree to the logic here. I did say weekend woes are POSSIBLE, but not of convenience, not everyone's life centers around RO. On a side note, good to see another SG player in the server =O I agree that we should not reschedule all of the American WoEs, since this is an international server, but it would be nice to see more Asian WoEs being arranged. As for BR and GvG, like what dazz said, probably you can consider training competent GMs from other time zones. It will take time, but at least list it in the agenda.
  16. +1 Personally I only attend Friday WoEs. Weekend early morning WoEs are possible, but not convenient. Many of us after a long week of work/school just want a good sleep on weekends. Not only WoEs, BR and GvGs are also heavily American time centered. Of my 7 months here in this server, I've not been able to attend a single BR or GvG.
  17. Experienced parties don't really need pally nor priest. My guild usually bring pally for the sole purpose of securing the ring maker in aegir.

  19. Asura already deals high dmg, so i don't think it should be spammable. Considering the server is not third program free, no delay just poses too much leeway for abuse.

  22. He is not. @topic You can try to dispel a champ if he isn't wearing gtb. He will need to recast again to be able to snap. Not a big deal, but can delay/annoy a bit.
  23. I still like my idea of instant spawn with lower droprate. Whoever works gets it, be it newbie or veteran.
  24. Actually judging from effort and drop rate, i would say Thanatos card to have a fair value of around 2k tokens. By lowering drop rate u gonna have ppl trying to OP it again. Not to mention now that event tokens (ppl use that for thana scrolls) had a shrink in supply due to xmas quest removal, and class change which has a chance to summons thana is removed from hocus pocus. So it's a -1 for me.
  25. He probably got his login information changed the moment the scammer gained control of his acct, which led to him not being able to log in. It's not a ban. He did get ban eventually for damage control. Shino already explained. Banning his acct can stop his items from being transferred out and also to prevent the scammer from using his characters to scam his friends.
