If you didn't have a chance to take a screenshot when you decard your gear, then atleast show a screenshot with you having the kiel card on that certain heagear. If you don't have any screenshot, then the chances of getting your kiel back will be low, since you'll need proofs, but you can still try and file a ticket or contact Jorge ([GM]Genesis). (his contact informations are located in his profile) There is an item limit, I tried to check it again, here is a screenshot as proof. This message will show up once you are exceeding the item limit, and you are trying to pick up another item. and for saril001, there is a warning when you decard your gears. You should've read it, but anyways, we are the same because I lost 300 Iron for the L.weapon quest (I also have exceeded the 100 item limit), I just farmed back the 300 Irons since I didn't have any ss anyways. Hopefully you'll be able to bring back your kiel card.

Are you 90% Overweight? If not then you must've exceeded the item limit on your inventory that's why it dropped (as I recall, you can only have 100 of different items on your inventory), it will disappear in a matter of seconds by the way if you weren't able to pick it up. You should have counted the number of items you have, because even if it seems like there are still slots left, you cannot pick/loot anything anymore because you have exceeded the number of items limit.

These runes are made to be put in the accessories, it can add stat points based on the rune you have.

I use my Heavenly Maiden Flower and Noble Hat for PvP It would be better if you mention an item, and give your suggestion/ideas to change the item effect. Like an example: Whispers of wind costs 60 Event Tokens (based on: http://www.forsaken-ro.net/forum/page/wiki/_/customs/items/event-items-r99) It gives +10 to all stats, and I suggest to give it a 10% chance to auto cast Silence on an enemy when receiving magical damage and immunity to silence. note: This is not a real suggestion but just an example

Yes that is the problem isn't it? I have seen an RO with a raffle like this before, they have a certain rule for those who would do an act just like you said, If you were seen/reported abusing the Raffle NPC, then it will lead to a Permanent Ban. The GMs can also track your IPs, if they are positive that you and a few more have the same IP, then you already broke a rule and could lead to just punishments. (There could be a GM option there that enables them to see a list of all those players who joined the Raffle, making it easier to track their IPs) I changed a few things in the suggestion, the only players who can join the Raffle are now limited to Forsaken Knights. Raffle I suggest to have a Raffle in ForsakenRO You can enter this Raffle through voting (You'll need to have a specific number of votes to be able to get a Raffle Ticket) for example, you'll need 50 Vote Points to be able to avail a Raffle Ticket. Only Forsaken Knights can join the Raffle You can only join once every raffle, But you can rejoin after announcing the winner The picking of the winner for the Raffle will be held every 3 days (or maybe daily/weeky) and the prizes will be 40 tokens or higher (depending on the number of days) (Suggestions for prizes are appreciated) I have interviewed a few players in ForsakenRO and here are a few of them. If you used another account to join the Raffle and to increase your chances of winning then it could lead to a permanent ban (can be adjusted to a few months or something). The GMs can track your IPs and players can also report you, if they are positive that you are indeed CHEATING, then they don't have a choice but to give you the right punishment. The NPC will be warning you about using multiple accounts to join the Raffle, it would be advisable to follow the rules so you won't regret anything in the end. It feels good to receive an awesome feedback about the server, I was only able to get a few, and for sure, many would think the same. I have interviewed a few also in for_fild01, some told me that they'll be lazy to vote, once they have their switching gears. Most of them told me that they would vote again if there is something new that is worth voting for And the new thing worth voting for would probably a Raffle Ticket! It is fun, It is exciting and the good part is that it is based on luck! The Raffle NPC could probably be placed in the Event Room or Token Traders I suggest the NPC that is wearing a blue suit with a monocle on his one eye This idea could probably convince those players who are not voting anymore and give them a reason to vote again. You can just reset your Stats and put all your stats points to Str so you will be able to carry all those items :) (Put unnecessary items to your storage to lessen your weight limit)
