The perma blind of the Star gladiator skill is a debuff that was made on purpose and is MEANT to be a debuff. The shaking of LoV/Meteor storm however is just an effect to make the game look better, it was not meant to be a debuff/disadvantage of any kind. In my opinion no, However I'll ask Genesis since he'll have the final word in things such as these.

Decarding and deleting is the same, the players are responsible themselves for the consequences. You are the one that has to check if you can carry all the cards/items, and you are the one supposed to check your characters before deleting them. Either way it's your own responsibility. The only way the items would drop during decarding is if you have too many items with you. So quite obviously you had too many items :confused02:

In my opinion if you talk about "Fair" you should give both Europeans and American people the same amount of castles and not 2 for American people and 1 for Europeans. 2 - 2 sounds fair to me.

This topic is not about an balance issue, it's about altering your client. And changing skill effects by altering your client would be considered illegal, just because SG's are underpowered in your opinion it doesn't mean you're allowed to cheat to make them better.

Once we implement this rule other suggestions will come to implement another rule. Eventually we'll be adding countless of rules to make LMS more "fair". I also think it's not the ones that run that should be booted but it's the ones that team up and don't attack each other that should be booted. Some say it's an tactic to team up first. I disagree but if it is, then dual clienting or even tripple clienting would be considered an tactic as well and running till fcp runs out as well. So I think it would be impossible to change lms so it will fit all parties.

I think the changes towards the shaking (LoV, Storm gust, Meteor storm) are completely legal. However altering things such as the perma blind isn't. this is because you would be changing the skills effect instead of only it's sprite.

Those seem like suggestions to me ? I said an suggestion was brought up. I didn't say the topic maker made an suggestion to change the jobchanger. Also zac, I would say it's 100% obvious you can not regain an item when you're over 100% weight limit, I think this is not unknown to 50% of all the people that play here. 100% weight means you can't carry anything else. You guys should start an official suggestion about this, instead of only saying it in here.

The suggestion was brought up to change the job changer. Since in their opinion it's the npc's fault that they lost an item. I was just here to proof them it's not the jobchanger that causes this. However Is true. So personally, I still see no reason in changing the job changer, nothing is wrong with it. You just have to pay attention to what you're doing.

When you suspect someone is using this program, Frap him and make a ticket to report this person. Without proof we can't do anything. Just saying you see many people using this program doesn't help us. Perhaps if you would actually report the people that use this program we could do something against them.

When you rebirth and do get over 100% there will still be no items gone. You'll have to store items to get back to normal weight before going and trying to get even more items with over 100% overweight. In other words it's not the rebirthing proces that makes you lose items, it's a mistake people make by trying to get even more items during this overweight or trying to regain items in this case. Having an full inventory is a different case, that's about how many items you can carry and has nothing to do with the weight of the items. The amount of items can exceed with things as decarding. But not during rebirthing, because the amount of items an inventory can have will always be the same no matter what level you are. If possible I'll be testing these possibilities shortly.

As far as I know yes. Also, Phasmatic arrow piercing pneuma would make the pneuma skill nearly useless, and it would be way too easy to push people out of it, however with the third suggestion you'll also be able to push people out of pneuma with skid traps/arrow shower. This would not be as easy as phasmatic arrow and I think will be perfectly balanced.
