Ok as we tested, i cannot kill you with melee at 3k damage. in short without having thana at least, melee profs are too hard to use unless I strip somebody or have high attack, that is why for me the cursed should still have the 20% atk. your Stave hits me 18k without energy coat, 15k with. you are already using voluspa. you killed me when you were already able to strip my shield and bolted me. it was a nice duel and made me come up with a conclusion.
I am going to assume that you are using incant on the voluspa. in my opinion the damage is good enough. 18k on gtb is already hard to tank for most characters. if you had thana, you would've killed me fast enough, and it wouldn't need you to hit me for a long time until you were able to strip me(as i mentioned, i had high dex )..
Also, it was a long duel. if i had fcp, it would've been gone by about the same time you were able to strip me. i think you assumed that i had fcp from the start and waited.
10% increase on stave= you would hit people on gtb roughly 19800. almost 20k,
20% increase on stave=roughly 21600 damage.
and you were able to last long enough against Seigaku's onslaught on his creator.
as he also said, you should not aim to kill every class there is. no class can do that.. although we have some near OP ones like LKs.
based in all of this, on your suggestion. i still cannot agree with the 20% increase on the cursed. voluspa does it's job very well already, and if you had thana, you wouldn't even need to resort to stripping against me, i would've died when you spam stave on me. your stave damage is the average damage of snipers with no thana.. and people cannot afford to go usakoring on that since you will die with bolts. which means profs are fine the way they are now.
5%-10% increase in stave crasher, i could agree on that, since well it still took you to strip and bolt me since 15k staves wouldn't even kill a 200k hp prof of mine. but it might still need further testing, since thana stave really hurts too.
