Ah well, matyr works better on bow build then. DS on immaterial + thana, they switch to skolls + non gr, you matyr, they die.

I believe 3 cards would have worse diminishing returns and I don't really want a higher chance to magnum break.

Because matyr already ignores defense. It does render your hp a bit low so what I do is usually this *this is going in assuming enemy is on FCP. before the fight, i cast matyr already(it sticks with you as long as you do not auto attack)>spam bolts on target>target goes gtb>go near and auto attack>seed+backslide>repeat. Also, you can still DS as you will have some kind of dex. Assuming you will be stripping people with 150 total dex. You will always have that base 15% chance to strip, no matter how low your dex is, but of course we want higher than that, so we take the formula for it. Success Rate = 5 + 2 * Skill Level + (Your DEX - Enemy DEX) / 5 Success Rate = 15%(this is the base chance of lvl 5 full strip) + (200 dex - 150 dex) / 5 Success Rate = 15+ 10(50 dex differential divided by 5) Success Rate = 25% chance to strip a 150 total dex character, that is 1/4 chance. You can increase your dex to increase your chance, but seeing as you are going INT, that will not be a good idea unless you are willing to sacrifice HP for it.

Well, i did use it with the stalker sword before, so it doesn't matter if you bow or not, they will be thinking that you will strip anyway so it could cause mind games. But then my stalker sword has 2tg 2 skelworker because I only had one before. DSing with not so high dex might not yield good damage compared to the insta kill of matyr if they went gtb. try matyr first on someone using gtb to gauge your damage. He is asking for the int type though. That strategy of yours also will not work if enemy dispelled or had fcp. If they wear ring of resonance you might get tarot faster due to all the things you are doing at once.

Matyr is always neutral. Well I can hit way above 30k+ per hit of matyr against gtb users( i cannot really remember how much sorry). but well i switch to a bow then with 2xtg+2xskelworker. If you do not have a bow, stick to acid bomb which works well but then again if you are gonna play like that, it is cheaper to just gear a biochemist.

Shield chain is from STR. For int build, I assume you have HOD for the bolts. The best for me would Matyr's Reckoning. Because it follows that you have decent hp anyway. just use it when they go GTB. Do not bother stripping much on int build, your dex is not that high.

I will always be inclined to say Spear type for general pvping. While the sword type will boast higher damage due to thana(if you had it), Spear type can stunlock people and that is awesome for me. And spear type LK has a closer gameplay to my main(Bio) so I do not have much problems. Additionally, vital strike is awesome.

If we do push this through, we need a limiting factor on who can vote then, as some will probably abuse it. Obviously this means no new accounts can vote.

almost all magic skills need 195 aspd and 3 kiels. It was made that way to balance some stuff out. Think about it, if 195aspd isn't exactly needed for spam, I wouldn't put agi on my bio build designated to be a backup support + damage dealer. I would not be hitting people to strip anyway in that situation. so that means I get extra stat points to put either on str, vit or int. Same thing with pure bolter profs that are there to just force people to use gtb so teammates will have an easier time. It will make some magic classes get high damage and a bit higher hp or seed carrying capacity instead of having them all balanced out. For ninjas, it would pave way to an OP hybrid ninja.

We've been over this for hundreds of times. If you are arguing that wizards gets killed by GTB alone then you are not playing wizard well. Wizards need HP, not make GTB work like usakoring. If we make GTB 50%, then put it in friggs then it will be around 85% total reduction. While this might seem that magic will still not hurt, yeah it will not damage as much but it can do one thing: Stunlock in place. Any wizard that is decent can just go ice wall + jupitel thunder on you. This will not work as much in 1v1(maya card) but will be beyond OP in group pvps(BR, GVG). Hell, I'll probably just spam storm gust, lov and meteor. Stripping for 100% is impossible unless you change source code, and no I would not like it even for my wizard because stripping means you go near. Wizards are not supposed to do that. And again, FCP is there so changing it like that is stupid to begin with.

I would actually just remove protection altogether. Levelling is never an issue nowadays, so the protection is a moot point.

My 1v1 SinX Dagger build is tanky actually. There are certain things that only work for the player itself. I use dwiz+amonra on a sinx and it worked quiet well for me. Granted I don't have that huge damage but I can fight longer than most sinx.

Well there are players like me who just farmed with my main(Biochemist) as I tend to get bored when I am using other characters. So they should try both and see what works.

This is a bit late but I'll post anyway to clear things up, and as Collin said above, you can just pm me or reply on my thread since I can't monitor everything. I also see some information that gennova posted that I think only works on renewal servers(which FRO is not). The server is set on pre-renewal. So some of the mechanics for acid bomb are unchanged(I tested them). For the general thing, no card will affect Acid Bomb damage pre renewal. 1. Abysmal knight card will not work. 2. Archer skeleton card only works for acid bomb on renewal servers, thus it does not work here. 3. Acid bomb is a neutral elemental ranged attack, not a ranged physical attack. Meaning it has a league of its own, but they made it so that it seems physical since pneuma affects it. But no, ship captain does not work at all(i tested this myself when I was making the guide). 4. I explained why i said to use dwar and valk randgris, it is to enable yourself to auto-cast those skills when being attacked with melee and you have at least 1% of melee reflect(like from friggs shield or skull aura) since melee reflect is considered as an auto-attack by your character. 5. Your main cards are what I said, phree, valk randgris, and two cards that you think will help you defensively if you auto cast them(metaling, dwarlord, thanatos maero, stormy knight) or add a doppelganger card to reduce the agi needed for 195 aspd. Kingring cards ONLY affect your bolts, and then leave you with nothing if your bolts do not work(GTB). Acid bomb damage only is affected by your INT, not MATK like it is widely known. So you just get two weapons, one with the defensive for normal stuff and just switch to 4x kingring when you are gonna be bolting and enemy is ranged for the most part.

1. They did not put a delay on SG intentionally I think. For some reason, there is a delay between running and FSK which is not the case back then. If they intentionally nerfed SG, they would have been in the patch notes. 2. No one complains about SGs damage unless they are pretty stupid. It can only fight 3 classes at a time, and the damage they do is not even comparable to what others does like SB SinX. The only issue with SGs is when someone abuse the sprint bug, and that shit is a bannable offense.

The only decent physical you have is Mammonite, and using that works best if you have thana. So to answer your question, having aloevera is ok in certain situations, but is not entirely needed.

I think I mentioned needing converters. There will be times that even as a pure int biochemist, you will need to do some melee damage, and having converters at least makes you have a fair few damage while auto attack when they went GTB+dual devilings.

As someone who mains both Biochemist and Stalker and made numerous tests regarding both classes, enough to make decent guides for them, I will disagree for numerous reasons. 1. If you play stalker and you revolve around stripping, you are doing it wrong. Your build probably consist of having max dex and then the rest to vit or something. Experiment with the class, stalker is one of the most versatile characters due to the fact that he can copy trans skills in this server. A decent stalker would actually render a champ useless if he knows what he is doing. A stalker will win any fight the moment his strip work, that's why it has a big counter. 2. We had a preview of this suggestion when the pvp room dispells fcp. The top winners then were either a stalker or a biochemist( i remember me snatching number 2 then without even trying). 3. Stalker will become overpowered against the only decent counter it has, Biochemist. Strip depends on stalker's dex - enemy's dex. It also has a 15% base chance as I remember it. Therefore, all the stalker had to do is just spam strip against a bio, when a bio is supposedly the only class that can fully counter a stalker. This tips the balance off. My advice is, as I said on my stalker guide, to always assume that everyone is in FCP. That way you can get a rough estimate on when the FCP will be off if they had it, and create a build that can kill people WITHOUT using strip.

I agree. However, if I am not mistaken, the effect of the forsaken king cloak borrows its effect and probably code from the mistress card effect, which really does only remove one gemstone(if the skill needs 2 kinds, you would need the other one). Not sure if we can make the king cloak remove both gemstones

^ Not exactly, as champs rely on ping + kiels. nerfing champs would render the class useless.
