no reason to do this as the legendary weapons are good enough, and if we do this they will become obsolete.

valk expansions are aesthetic, the reason people buy them is because they got tired of the valk helms, making voteable items like them will diminish their purpose.

They made these capes vote-able to help the newbies since they can settle for capes because they cannot afford rings. Plus legendary weapons are close to the real thing, no need to make valk weapons vote too...

I think someone already stated it already. L.Weps are close to Donate Weps. If they implemented it, Donate weps would be diminished. Valk Expansions, too me, are pretty much endgame items. Not in par with the difference between prices of emps but they are mostly a luxury item if you got nothing else to do with your toks
