You skip over the coma+spiraling like it's nothing. It's a pretty mean combo. Yes, LK was intended to be a tank with great damage output... but when they start doing ~8k on usakoring to ~12-16k on no usakoring... for example, on Assassin Cross, another "supposed great damage dealer"- gets pretty much raped to spiral pierce on double daggers/katars. Don't counter to me saying the assassin cross should then use a shield. You know as well as I do that dagger+shield on a LK is useless. And last time I checked, LK population was on the rise, so I don't know where you've been. Moving on.
DS is now a potent skill because the Sniper class received something they should have never gotten: a shield. I would definately agree to reductions on the bow but never to the shield. I do see your point on how in this high rate server, they were a pretty useless class before this update. Plus, you don't need a kobold hat or a thana for damage output. As I have said multiple times, sniper is now a formidable PvP class because of the ability to equip a shield. As for their stripping capabilities, regardless of it being 1%, it is still technically ranged and being a high dex class, that is more than enough to strip most people.

One can sprite edit the skills for all the other classes as well. LK doing a consistent ~8k with the chance of coma sounds pretty similar to what you have described. Plus, you're exaggerating; most clowns do ~4-5k on people with shield. 30% more would mean ~5.2-6.5k, not 12k.

And if you were referencing to your Sniper dagger suggestion, it would be quite a weapon to use in survival situations such as LMS or GvG. Remove the reductions and it might just work.
True, but so can/does sniper. In fact, they barely need kiels to spam allowing them to use Forsaken Soldier card.
Comparing stalker HP and clown HP is a joke. Similarly, LK's have a "similar" skill (Traumatic Blow/Head Crush...whatever). Admittedly not as great, Most LKs>Most Clowns

Removing the ignorable parts of my suggested weapon, it is quite like the others.
10% medium-sized damage reduction
+25 Dexterity/+25 Agility/+10 Intelligence
Enable use of level 3 Jupitel Thunder
30% Chance of auto-casting Lv. 5 Tarot Card of Fate when being attacked (or attacking)
30% more damage with Arrow Vulcan and Melody Strike
Maximum HP/SP +10%
Regardless of whatever stats this suggested clown/gypsy weapon would have, I emphasize the need for an instrument.
