What I collected from reading the topic...
1) Adjust Atroce card (again). No need to make a custom card.
2) Don't increase their cart weight-holding capacity. Higher weight limit = more healers (although one can counter-argue that removing such healers would lower CT damage, more yggs = survivability- regardless of damage output. Example: WS can put on OL's and kill you by reflecting your damage.)
3) Modify Master Forgers 45-50% (Thus making it more similar to FBH card).
4) Remove demi-human damage modifier from WS weapons and add more attack. Useless unless they Mammonite, Cart Revolution, or melee attack.
5) Lower zeny cost when wielding the WS weapon, but don't remove zeny requirement (Zeny is not a problem in this server. Plus, it's a quirk to playing the Merchant class. CT speed = Attack speed, which means no Kiels required. Therefore, zeny requirement is justifiable).
6) LAWL, tomahawk hitting 20k would be pretty amusing. Just JKing though.
7) Make Cart Boost undispellable from skills like Quagmire and Decrease Agi.
8) Well, FCP screws over Stalkers and this will never be changed.
9) AS RADICAL AS THIS SEEMS, I suggest changing the effect of Hammer Fall from causing stun to causing freeze (or any another status effect that has a chance of working on this server).
10) Make Guillotine a 1 handed weapon (the same with Edge and the Book of the Dead).
