Without patcher and admin it is also all the way to the right [sliders]. I have also tried it on Direct3D HAL. Hope this helps.

I've tried combinations of changing screen game resolution, windows resolution, and screen resolution. Even if I lower and match them all, all that happens is bad screen quality and even worst game quality

Tried both Bishop, always on Admin. And yes changed on both. Reinstalled at least 10 times.

Tried both but neither worked. I can however, play perfectly fine on other private servers (Renewal and Pre) and even on iRO.

Ugh it's complicated some people use O.hels with l. Hels so when you switch you don't lose damage or something. Look for a Sinx ingame but it's rare that they'll reveal their weapon cards (breakers mostly but I respect that).
