its a table from x-ray client. try to load the exe straight from the gravity folder, or using a patcher. sometimes i have this problem with shortcuts, and not sure why exactly. or Try deleting your data folder and reinstalling fRO (and patch it)

Victoria just had a Day Dream and thought that she jailed Usui-'s Sniper but unfortunately she's the one warping and Usui's Sniper was the one reporting that Victoria's a warper that's why now Victoria's in Jail. Huehuehuehue /gg
