I don't believe that we ever stated when we were going to implement it, we just accepted it and said we would try it. I don't know who is telling people these things... But anyways, yes, it was accepted and it will be reinstated sometime in the near future. When? I can't really say, we are all very busy and when we have spare time we devote it to the update but this is going to be a very, very big one so! I do understand how frustrating it is, but just try your best to be patient and know that we will do something about it as soon as we can. (:

I'm pretty sure that this has been suggested before and it was rejected. More than likely, we will not add any automated events. We try to allow players to interact with the GMs and give the server a more personal touch which would be completely lost if we had automated events. Plus, I think that making events automated would make it more difficult to prevent abuse and cheating (I really don't know though). For minigames, could you elaborate/give examples?

We currently are not going to be editing the elite weapons. We can consider this when making new items for these classes, however.
