Well if you're not going to accept any other possible reason other than it being W7's fault I would suggest contacting Microsoft support or reformatting. New computers often come with a lot of junk on them that you don't need or use so a reformat would probably help... My friend always completely reformats his new systems as soon as he buys them... ACER isn't the worst brand ever, I just wouldn't suggest buying one... when buying a product like this its always a good idea to look into more than just the specs, but the brand itself and its history

I'm all for beefing up the magic users when ever possible. I like the idea, as of right now High Wizards are just giant bulls-eyes in pvp. Most of them don't last more than like 2-3 mins in for fild unless they have friends teaming for them. They really don't have much of a way to defend themselves other than spam safety wall and attempt to coma, stave crasher does nothing when the attacker has berries.

Honestly, I don't care what color it is, I'm color blind... way to jump to accusations... I just thought it was an interesting idea... I thought the community as a whole would like the belt idea, seeing how a lot of the broadcast spam is ppl just wanting to trade belts... There could very well be a negative impact on the economy with this though... hard to tell given I don't have the market data... Thanks for sharing your thoughts people!

So I was thinking and these may be horrible ideas but I thought I would throw them out... #1. ROP color changer/np: Much like the Valk changer except for ROP. I understand theres a large economic impact of Emp color changer but I don't believe a ROP changer would have much at all. Because it is an older donation you don't see it as much and it is harder and harder to get the color you would like. This service doesn't have to be free, maybe a few dqpons or eqpons? #2 Belt swapper: Now, first of all, I'm not too sure about the economic impact of this because it is hard to know the market prices for all the different donation/non-donation belts, but a fee of dqpons or eqpons could be charged. I was thinking this "swapper" could trade your +agi belt for a +str belt and so on and so forth. This would be very convenient for players and as long as a fee is charged I believe it has legitimacy.... however... one thing about this that I have considered is that I don't know what impact this would have on donations... Do some ppl buy like multiple sets of belts for all their characters/builds? If so this would not be good for donations and shouldn't happen... at least for the donor belts. #3 Not so much as a suggestion, more of a question: Why do Tarot Cards pierce Basilica? Is there a reason or is this a bug that was never fixed? Skill description: "This skill creates an absolutely perfect defense zone of 5x5 cells around the caster that blocks any type of attack out of~ or into this area. Anyone can come in, but people who are inside cannot attack. The skill is canceled if the Priest moves or uses another skill. So I've been gone for a while and came back to find my Priest heals for like 7.5k.... with 350 int this is really ridiculous... I used to heal 10k+... Can this be fixed? and if not why was it changed? I mean come on... its Priests...

Hello everyone, I've actually been a member here for a while but I go inactive for long periods of time because of school (Private College). I'm in the process of downloading the server and RO for like the 15th time... Doubt anyone here knows me but thats ok, always up to meet new people in pvp on my priest Look forward to trolling pvp again :laugh: Father Xtopher has returned BTW: Kudos to the administration here; you guys have kept this server running for a while. It may have it's problems but at least its dependable, most of the servers I try to play in-between semesters are shut down.

There will always be bands like this, just look at the past. I'm guessing he probably deleted a saved game file, or broke a piece of high dollar electronic equipment. Younger siblings are meant to be annoying. I can't count the times I've wanted to strangle my younger sister. But once both of you are older and more mature you'll realize just how important they are to you. I'm glad you understood what I was trying to say... Apparently he doesn't get it. It's a good idea but you'll need a coder with some math skills. And even then; there's no guarantee more than 4-6 bored people will ever play. I feel that the person capable of doing this should be doing something a little more important or productive.

So they have to be in a distinct order? If so the probability of winning big is GREATLY decreased. For example: if i had 123456 but the winning numbers were 264153 I would win nothing because its not in the right order? Also, will the winning numbers be completely random or a random number from the ones that people bought. Like if only one person plays then he's guaranteed to win. Or on the other hand if 100 ppl play is it possible for no one to win? A lot of variables go into lottery systems, it's important that its well thought out.

It's actually a pretty brilliant move on Disney's part. They should have bought Marvel about 6-7 years ago though, they could have made some bank on these xmen, spiderman, hulk, ironman, wolverine, and punisher movies. To be honest: Disney makes good movies, sure the last 10 years of Disney haven't been as phenomenal to me as the 90's were but that's probably because I'm 20. But look at their sales grossing rates for the past few years, they're still a beast in the entertainment industry. Now Disney can appeal to both little boys and girls, they had the little girls with the princesses and fairy tales, but now they'll make bank off of all the little action figures and stuff they'll sale to little boys too. Nothing will change though, maybe a marvel section in Disney land and a marvel universe in like kindom hearts 5. It will be a while before anything at all happens because these things take time, lots and lots of legal stuff to go though so you wont be seeing wolverine and Donald team up for a while, if ever. Marvel owns the rights to ALOT of stuff, do you have any idea how many individual trademarked characters there are under marvel? It will take years before Disney gets the rights to everything.

I think this is the first time I've ever agreed with you. Nerfing the skills just because you can't catch people and its annoying is NOT a good enough reason. I don't believe the benefits outweigh the costs in this situation.

But the question is: Will people actually play it? Let me make sure I got this straight. Five rows of six digit numbers, and you get a pay off according to your best match on the randomly generated lotto number of six digits. I'm guessing you don't have to get the numbers in the exact order that the lotto generates them so if my number was 123456 and the winning lotto number was 654321 I would still win as my six numbers matched the winning six numbers. Another thing: What if two players had the same numbers and both won the "jackpot" (6 correct digits). Who would get the coupons? This seems like fun but I see two major problems. 1. Scripting this properly seems like it would take time, if it's not done properly and people are capable of abusing it, the server's whole economy would go to crap. 2. Getting people to actually play it. The probability seems fair enough because you get five rows of numbers from one ticket, but its still a risk most probably wont take.

I'm fine. I just hope people realize that what they see as a simple nerf can have larger effects on certain builds. These skills don't have delays for a reason.

I agree with backslide, but not with snap. Snap is a very key part of the Throw Spirit Sphere build, therefore nerfing it would hurt this build even more. There's enough full str/int Asura kids as it is, what you're suggesting would only increase this population. It's already bad enough that most people can just berry through tss spam, adding a delay on snap would make this build almost entirely useless. Also, lets remember this; for a champ to snap he must have spheres, and if he doesn't fury then snap costs 1 sphere per snap. This hurts your sp in the long run if you just snap around, and most tss build champs can't afford to be wasting it. Backslide does not require any preskills, so I agree it could be nerfed. Assassins, on the other hand, don't really have a long range build (except soul destroyer, but c'mon get real) so it doesn't hurt them as much.

[13] Whitesmith. Dagger: Increase damage on DemiHuman enemies by 5%. Class : Dagger Attack : 90 Axe: Increase damage on DemiHuman enemies by 8%. Str + 10 Class : Axe Attack : 120 Maybe change the DemiHuman bonus to a smaller CT damage bonus or some HP would be nice. I know CT can do a lot already but the demihuman thing is kinda useless right now.

I'm fine with their current appearance. A npc that would change the colors like the valk changer would be nice though.

Whats wrong with another magic user killing them? Also, Maya my friend. Ninjas have low hp if I remember correctly. So the faster they spam their little bolts the faster they die as well. And yes, you COULD wear mdef gear and no tao, then the little ninja would do hardly any damage. An experienced player keeps different kinds of equipment for different circumstances anyway so it would be just a couple more equips to carry around. Again, this is all for-instance. I know this server won't change GTB, so I've given up on that fight. :suicide_anim:
