Yea, they want to make live action anime and game movies now... I mean Street Fighter for real? But I have to admit I'm probably going to go see the Avatar: The Last Airbender movie when it comes out Lol. I'm glad they gave Prime some balls in this movie, I was disappointing in his combat scenes in the first one. I mean megatron was slapping him around like nothing. I'm just hoping I won't be disappointed with the rest of the ones coming out this summer. I'm skipping GI Joe just because I can smell the suck in the commercials. I'm going back and forth with Funny People... I've had enough of Seth Rogen. Inglorious Basterds looks good and Sherlock Holmes in December will be good, because its Robert Downey Jr. @VapoRub You should be excited, the new Twilight comes out in November. :suicide_anim:

Sorry, you shouldn't see it anyway. I really did not like it. They had so much potential with Bale and Depp but blew it and left me feeling like I just watched some History channel documentary that wasn't worth $8 to see.

Is it me or does anyone else notice that like every blockbuster this summer has a main character dieing? I'm looking forward to Inglorious Basterds, but if Brad Pitt dies I'm going to be pissed. Sorry if I spoiled anything but there is a spoiler tag.

It's now the highest grossing R - Rated Comedy ever in the US. And in my opinion it deserves to be, I laughed all the way through it. I've seen a lot of movies this summer and I enjoyed this more than Transformers 2, Public Enemies, and Harry Potter

No, I don't think so. A "donation" is not considered profit. The server isn't "selling" the items, the staff just chooses to reward people who donate. I feel like if the above was true then we wouldn't be able to donate for things such as cards because technically those cards were created by Gravity so they would have the copyright claims to them. The server isn't "making money" off of anything, it's ran from generous donations from various members who are rewarded. BTW: I'm a double Business major at my university so I'm not pulling things out of thin air lol. Example: If you go to a concert that is not for profit but accepts donations, and at the concert a band plays some Rolling Stones song; the Rolling Stones cannot sue said band for profiteering from their music because it is a donation ran concert.

It shouldn't be any more of a copyright issue than using the official Ragnarok sprites. As long as the staff isn't making money from the sprites then there's no real issue. I mean "Ash Ketchum" and "Professor Oak" are copyrighted but we have npcs here with those names too. Bottom line: If no ones making money from their products; there should be no legal issues.

I was thinking something like that. I know sprites like that don't really have a use in the server but I feel they would attract more players. Fan boys/girls eat this stuff up. However, I still stick with the thought of Keyblades as possible weapons. Just for show. You could also make different ones class specific with different bonuses for each class.

I really like the games personally. I mean, in my opinion you can not find better game soundtracks. The story is also very captivating and I love the hack n slash style. I also like the mixture of American Disney and Japanese Final Fantasy. There's no way you beat the whole game in Dante Must Die mode without dieing. That's just false. I've never seen anyone beat a boss on DMD mode in one try. (In real life) Anyway, I would have to say Vergil on Dante Must Die mode in Devil May Cry 3 is the hardest boss I've fought. Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts 2 is hard if your not high level. The last boss in Gears of War 1 is fun on Insane mode if you kill it by yourself. He's not exactly hard but really fun.

If this server is looking for more custom monsters/mvps I think Kingdom Hearts monsters would be interesting. I know the OP said they're looking for weapons, keyblades would be interesting custom weapons IMO. Assassin duel wielding keyblades is awesome. Not mine, but I suppose they could be used for something. The evil valk looking thing could be an alternative to the current valk. The horns could be some kind of Knight/Pala equip. Also thought I'd add this site, it has lots of things you guys might find useful. (Before transcended classes were available). I have donated and I consider my Champ and SinX well equipped. My champ is normally TSS build but I'm willing to try other things. I'm willing to WoE but I work during the day, I don't know the exact times of WoE so I can't say which ones I can attend. I am usually free from 6pm-10pm though. Actually, I started playing LONG before Gunslinger was ever even in testing lol, at my prime I was a TSS Champ (Throw Spirit Spheres) I don't know if it's changed or not but in the day if you were talented enough you could kill more enemies faster with Throw Sphere than Asura.... and with a Snap combination you never really get hit. I was very big on never using Asura... so I'm looking forward to seeing whats new! Anyhow, thanks for the warm welcome and info guys.

Hi, my name is Xtopher, I used to play RoPrivate servers a couple years ago and I've fallen upon some free time this summer and decided to try it out again... I don't know if it's against the rules to post names of other servers (even if they're dead by now) so I won't mention the ones I used to play unless someone pms me. Old aliases: Gunsmoke, Gunny, Chris, Apathy, Xtopher I will warn pvpers that in my day I used to rule pvp rooms... it's actually why I quit in the first place, once I got to a certain point no one was a challenge... so I quit... I'm looking forward to seeing what has changed and new strategies. Anyway, the server seems nice so I'm downloading now.
