  1. ^ Then something must have been done to the AV spam server side if you cannot spam it even with your very awesome ping. Because I got 180 -250 ping and we can spam the same amount of AV. Seriously, the only thing that makes clown/gypsy seem OP is their coma on the Tarot skill, which btw can be avoided even without going gtb if you were spamming seeds along(if you use a class that has limited SP that you have to spam seeds along with the skill, LK is a good example). If it comes to choosing which skill is better, I prefer the AV being buffed indirectly by fixing its spam, and lowering the chance of the coma Tarot.
  2. To all Gunslingers, I created a decent suggestion topic regarding your delays, Please, for the love of god, no whining on that thread and think of your replies. otherwise this will all be for nothing.

  3. I myself would want Rifles and Shotguns introduced, however, most of the GS we have are already impatient, we cannot afford to make and test new weapons to compensate their spam. @Shadi forgot about the clowns on that delay on the weapon thing, so scratch that suggestion.

Because every other Gunslinger only say "plz bring back our spam" and "plz fix dis GMs plz", I decided to create a topic that ACTUALLY HAS SENSE regarding the recent delays for the Gunslinger class. But first things first, before I came up with these suggestions, we have to keep in mind what Veracity said, that the delay will never go back to the way it was. Therefore, my suggestions DOES NOT INCLUDE bringing the original 90% delay reducts of Kiel cards on Gunslingers, because I myself believe it was too retarded. Whenever I wanted to troll and just kill in fild, I never go to my biochem, since it was for trolling ,and biochem takes longer to kill people unless I break their armor. All I do is go on GS, warp to fild, use speed pots, go near people and spam desperado and kill them all. It was too easy. I like the GS class, but we gotta admit that their spam was retarded then, considering Despe hits 3-10 mostly, dealing 14k damage on non thana. So here are my suggestions, after the tests I did. I have a lot, but doesn't necessarily mean that everything should be approved. Suggestion on Changing the delay cap 1. 75% is slow, it affects rapid shower alot more than it affects desperado, therefore, I suggest that the cap would be 80% but might need FURTHER testing since I do not know how fast 80% spam is at the moment. Suggestions if the delay cap will be fixed at 75% 1. Add 15% Delay reducts on the gunslinger weapons. My reasoning is simple: The third kiel is practically wasted. I would rather have to use only 2 kiels + maya P + fsoldier on default and have 75% delay then. Scratch this one, I forgot about clowns and they are on the same footing as gunsling on this but still have horrible spam. - I myself find this a little OP, but I like to hear from you guys. 2. Raise Desperado and Rapid Shower Damage. By how much ,I have no idea as of this moment. But at least raise the damage if the delay will be intact. 3. Have the delay affect ONLY desperado. This skill seems to be the problem, but it affected every other skill in the Gunslinger arsenal. Put a delay on desperado alone and leave Rapid Shower and other skills unaffected and that should be fine.
  5. ^ There was a guide for it, but Genesis himself said that song cancelling isn't allowed, and the guide and hopes of all clown and gypsy users went down with it. @Shadi yeah I meant the consistent 3-4s, not infinitely spammed like desperado before. Sadly, with higher ping, even 3 avs sometimes escapes the user and hits with one av, and another after the animation(shit happens). @James Clown was never OP, it has mediocre hp, lack of spam on AV thus lower damage compared to others(Spiral pierce has the same damage per hit of most AVs, and yet Spiral Pierce got good spam that can stunlock you to death). Only thing that make clown seem OP is tarot, but then again, anyone with brains and is using blue ifrit rings can do the same. No other class exerts effort in spamming one skill than Clown/Gypy(the 3x AV>cloak> walk >repeat routine OR the 3x AV>attention>walk>repeat). And even then, it was not as good of a spam.
  6. There are more things of concern than the supposedly GS nerf, which btw, doesn't really make GS unplayable because I tried it, and I have Legendary Gun and dex belts. Additionally, there isn't a single GS change suggestion that is constructed well(no specific suggestions), the other thread is just people complaining on it. How will the GM team make a decision when the topics regarding the GS delay were all bias and just wanting to get back the old spam(which genesis and vera themselves said will never happen).

  8. I think we suggested this before, that if we can have AV spam around 4-5 constantly, clowns wouldn't need to resort to spamming tarot to win. I am not sure if this can be done, and I seem to remember someone saying that if you had a ping of 30 below, then your AV spam can be done consistently. But yeah, I agree with you, it was easy to tank 3 AVs.
  9. The only way I am using the card again would be on my battle prof, to actually lessen the matk i would need to deal decent bolt damage.

  13. Reading Bishop's reply, I have to conclude that the sanctuary heal amount you guys from vengeance thought it did was off by a long shot. And any sinx, or any class that has breaking cards(gloom, fbh, thana) would outdamage the heal that your sanctuary did in just a few seconds. It doesn't mean that if you healed the emp for 2 minutes, it would take a breaker 2 minutes to bring down the same amount. The HP of the emp is around 700k now, that takes less than 20 seconds to bring down. Which Crayon's reply seem to have already answered. Next time, don't rely on sanctuary alone, I was astounded that no one is spamming safety wall that close to the end of woe.

  17. I wanna hear from crayon's side then, Because this is too one sided. Unless there is a proof about this, it will just sound like bitterness. I am not judging either sides,but I don't believe in something unless there's proof.
  18. I am wondering as much as you do. However, I myself didn't see the thing you guys claim as one hit on the emp. We can go back and forth here, you have your side and crayon's side and unless a higher up GM was on that time, or someone got fraps on, we might never know. Does multiple sanctuary STACKS heals on the emp? because if it doesn't, the heal you think that it can get might be wrong. There are other questions as well, and it would be better if you guys tell it to Genesis play by play of what you saw and what happened. It goes alot of ways, it might be a bug exploit regarding the emp, something might have changed that the emp doesn't heal because I remember Elith being able to heal it before, there might be another breaker beside a sinx in there that is hitting the emp that you guys didn't notice(not necessarily from Crayon) and then the sinx just got a lucky hit then. Although I have one question in mind, no offense but, why is there no one safety walling the emp, or is there someone doing that and for some reason it still broke?
  19. Genesis already replied to the other thread saying this. Sanctuary heals emp in RO mechanics as far as we know. However, even 4x bacsojin, it will never outheal the damage of one decent breaker. Also, keep in mind that not all breakers are sinx.
  20. It is hard to integrate ONLY the Renewal UI. It is easy to update the server(everything else) into renewal. The problem is we only want the UI(which has the hotkeys and updated skill tree). Genesis is already working on this, since this is suggested multiple times. But then again, If it would just break some stuff, I would rather not have it, since it isn't a big deal anyway. If we change into renewal, tons of things will change, including formulas for certain skills. I for one know that Acid Bomb takes in STR as well as INT stat in its formula in renewal, and is affected by cards that increase ranged damage. There are alot of stuff to consider, and having an eyecandy UI and hotkeys shouldn't be a priority. Again, I would rather have new raids and quests because let us face it: Our pvp in the server is top-notch, every class can participate compared to other highrates, but our pve aspect is lacking(we don't have good rewards in endless tower etc).
  21. You get it from wearing the forsaken wanderer set, it isn't a bug. Just remove the equips and you can add points to the Enlarge Weight Limit skill.
  22. only classes that has high mdef are INT classes anyway so it doesn't really matter much. I can honestly say that I will not sacrifice a card slot for this card.
  23. fine, 0.1 delay on a skill that does ridiculous damage, and no, 85% seems too high, considering 90% is the original effect. 80% should be the highest, but the 75% at the moment is decent when I tested it.
  24. Switch out shoes if you need more hp, but that should be enough to survive most asuras, just get around 250k hp just to be sure. if you still have trouble, use sacred/fluffy wings.
  25. The spam is a little bit slow compared to before, that is a fact. But it is also retarded to have 0 delay on a skill that can hit 14k each without thana(21k+ on thana), and hits up to 10 times, 3-6x on average. It was the easiest way to kill then, just cloak, go near people, and spam your despe and seeds, you will net about a few people then. My ping ranges from 180-200. that can be a factor, if your ping is higher than mine, for sure you will feel a bit more sluggish. There was no other skill that has the spam of desperado and deals as much damage as it is. Spiral pierce ranges from 4k-7k and hits 5x, acid bomb hits maximum of 3k on gr armor. The only other skill that is near the spam rate and damage of desperado was a prof's bolt, however, you can counter that with maya or gtb. I disagree on giving back the 0 delay of desperado, but the 75% cap for kiels should be raised in my opinion, if 3 kiels give 90% before, I can settle for 80% + damage increase.
