  1. Okay I'm going to bump this for one because it's down to the second page and because if this does get implemented a rental and donation version should be implemented. Elite: Forsaken Stalker Sword [4] Str+10 Agi+10 Max HP+10% Increase damage on demihuman monsters by 15% Attack: 110 (same as LK sword) Increase weight limit is not needed since you would be using this with a high strength build anyway. Rental: Str+20 Agi+20 Max HP+15% Increase damage on demihuman monsters by 20% Attack: 140 Donation: For this I'm thinking just make two seperate Stalker Black Swords, one the Magic and the other the Melee. (similar to dexterity and critical for sinx) Str+30 Agi+30 Max HP+20% Increase damage on demihuman monsters by 30% Attack: 170 ASPD+5
  2. Yeah you can still strip using a bow weapon but they have to be like 1-2 cells away I think. The suggestion is for stripping to work from bows on longer distances than that.
  3. The rental bows are already 1 handed........which is one of the key parts of the arguement FOR elite weapons being 1 handed too. I agree that the rentals could be a little cheaper also.
  4. Yeah but that's with the pretty donation bow not with an elite bow...
  5. Okay how can you say the class is fine now? Just because they got a pretty strong DONATION weapon does not mean they are balanced. First of all what about those who are still using an elite bow? They are still just as screwed as usual. I think the release of the new weapons makes it even more obvious that the elite bow needs buffed. I know that it's supposed to be elite<rental<donation but it can't really be that far off. Also I don't see why phantasmic arrow and traps should be the only thing changed. For Ankle Snare I know you agreed to this but I still don't see your arguement about charge attack. Backslide and Charge attack are two COMPLETELY different things. Charge attack brings you close to the target, actually needs a target in the first place, and is an offensive attack. Backslide and snap for that matter are both evasive skills that require no target. Charge attack would still work fine because it isn't even the same type of skill as the other two. And I think we've pretty much agreed that magnum would still break traps so you wouldn't have to worry about that either. You say charge attack is basically the same as backslide which I don't get at all. I also don't know why you don't think a damage or hp boost is not necessary, since only people using the donation bow have these benefits. The elite bow should still receive a 10% hp bonus. And I do kinda sorta maybe see your point about the damage bonus because with the new bow it could be pretty deadly. Which in my opinion means the elite bow needs even more of a bonus to damage so that the donation bow does not get even further buffed. Also why the hell shouldn't there be an elite dagger now that is intended for stripping? The donation bow can autocast EVERY type of strip with a shield, so why shouldn't elite weapon users be able to strip just a shield and weapons while wearing a shield and having increase weight limit. So yeah... the donation bow is nice and all but it really doesn't fix anything for your normal everyday sniper running around.
  6. I'm not questioning this, but what type of reduction is actually on the Stalker Bow in that case? Because it did say 20% and that stuff would in fact add up to 100%, so it is definitely not a 20% reduction.
  7. Alright so...Now we have 1 handed rental bows, 1 handed donation bows, can we seriously just have 1 handed elite bows now? I realize that rental/donation weapons are supposed to be better than the elite bows, but really? They have much better stats even if they were ALL 1 handed or 2 handed. Throw in the fact that the elite bow is 2 handed while the others are 1 handed, and the elite bow is just plain horrible.
  8. A sinx using a katar and a sniper using a 2 handed bow are two TOTALLY different things. First of all using a bow is a Sniper's only option to attack someone, while a sinx can always just go back to 1 dagger and a shield. The sniper has only no shield for when they attack while a sinx is making the choice to use the katar to attack. And second a sniper can do like 8-10k per hit with Double Strafe on people with shields with a spam that is decent but not great, however on a sinx they can do 7-11k per hit x 8 hits with Sonic Blow with extremely fast spam if you're using 4 kiels. Sorry but 16-20k doesn't even compare to 56k-88k plus Double Strafe is much harder to spam than Sonic Blow. I understand that you don't always need a shield to win a fight but against certain classes it is inevitable that you will get hit no matter how well you use your skills and trap. If you play someone smart they'll just use rsx and avoid the traps and then what are you left doing? Tanking some very high damage while you are doing all of MAYBE 20k per Double Strage. And don't forget our friend Asura, the only time you'd be able to survive a strong asura is with 2x Devilings and probably even Fluffy Wings/Sacred Wings which leaves you open to some painful TSS. A 1 handed bow would not be overpowered...all it does is level the playing field for snipers.
  9. 1. Definitely. Snipers have many useful skills and it would be nice if they could all be used effectively. 2. Obviously I agree with this since I suggested it in the past. Also I believe this should be expanded to Spider Web and Close Confine since these are also "trapping" skills. 3. Agree. My ONLY problem with this is if Clowns/Gypsies began to use this. But other than this it wouldn't be all that OP and just like any type of stripping you can always run to get FCPed. 4. Double Strafe damage is already quite awful on someone with a shield and this isn't even that large of a boost, so I yes please. 5. If someone is smart with their use of Pneuma they could even be stripped and be fine so this would be extremely useful to help Snipers get closer to an equal level with Champions. 6. I think this is VERY important if long range strip is not accepted. And still important if one wants to strip without the threat of having no shield. Also using a main gauche can cause problems since there is no increase weight limit on a main gauche. 7. Yes with this also. I know the rental bow is supposed to be better but it should not be THAT much better. 8. I know this will be controversial but other than the magic classes with Sniper's current damage output it wouldn't be overpowered at all. This definitely puts magic classes in a bigger hole due to GTB, especially in this case because what professor/high wizard will have enough dex to strip the sniper's shield? But once again a Sniper can still use a dagger and GTB then after they strip use their 2 handed bow, which essentially does the same thing in the end as just having a 1 handed bow. Especially if the Sniper's damage is not killing the high wizard/professor and they have to resort to stripping. I personally don't think this will make Snipers "OP" but for those who do, go play sniper yourself and see how difficult it can be. Also if something does become overpowered WE CAN ALWAYS CHANGE IT BACK. You don't have to make it for gunslinger also. Sniper wouldn't be OP but Gunslinger would? So just make it 1 handed on snipers.

    Thanatos Npc

Eh I'm not sure about the part about dying since it can be difficult to stay alive the entire time you are killing a Thanatos with a sniper in berzerk. But other than that I'd say it is a good idea. Also for number 3 the items you insert could just be the Thanatos Fragments maybe.
  11. Yeah close this then. I hope it gets implented soon!
  12. I think we should no longer count kills from WoE towards the PvP Ladder. With the addition of a 2nd Euro WoE the PvP Room is barely important to winning the ladder. To me a Gunslinger using Desperado for all 4 WoEs is not really "PvP". And if you look back at the past weeks of ladder winners they have almost all been Gunslingers. Maybe they went into the PvP room some but it was not vital for them to be there almost all the time like it has been in the past to win the ladder. Basically I think this would make our PvP room be used way more often and obviously be a neccesity if you are laddering. Well shit. If this is true then close the topic please.

How long does it take to break on a low rate?

    Ladder!

Because it's 3 pages of garbage. Lol no but really I do agree with this I was just going off topic. My main thing is that the rule existed in the past and I don't even know why it was removed. It makes you actually have to pvp smartly. Not just rack up as many kills as possible completely disregarding your deaths. But being completely serious I really think kills should no longer count in woe. This would actually make the PvP Room important in the PvP Ladder. I don't see how a Gunslinger pressing Desperado all WoE is real PvP. And if the kill/death requirement was implented big frickin deal because those Gunslingers hardly die since they usually have a Paladin and/or a little gang with them. If both WoE kills didn't count and this was implemented the PvP room would probably see far more action than right now. I could see having WoE kills counting when there were 3 WoEs but now that you we have 4 of them? No, it completely kills the PvP Room. Went sort of off topic here but whatever.

    Ladder!

TO END ALL THIS QQ ABOUT LADDERING I SAY WE JUST REMOVE KILL COUNTS FROM WOE
  16. I really am not a fan of teal. Although this is better than the current one, much more detail in the helm and whatnot.
  17. You can't share vote items with dual clients so more slots would be nice.
  18. I like the sound of that because 3k argos really is a bitch to farm...
  19. I'm pretty sure there is no way of telling if you've done the second part of the elite quest since once you're elite you can do it over and over. And it would be unfair to let anybody who happened to have a stalker weapon to trade them in sooooo no NPC would be fine.
  20. Then why do 4 lods seem to take longer to coma than an edge................

    Stalker Sword

Okay I'm pretty sure this was suggested already and accepted like 6 months ago but whateva. I'm thinking these stats Forsaken Stalker Sword [4] Str+10 Agi+10 Max HP+10% Increase damage on demihuman monsters by 15% Attack: 110 (same as LK sword) Increase weight limit is not needed since you would be using this with a high strength build anyway.
  22. Sure why not.
  23. Why make blue worth even more............. Just making the rich richer.
  24. Yeah could someone please tell us the actual percentage? It's kinda hard to suggest what to increase it to when we don't even know what it currently is. Anyway every class that can use them except sinx should get them. The last thing we need are a bunch of them running around with two edges.
