Making Lokis Blade Main Hand Weapon

hi guys,

i wanted to suggest to make the sinx weapon (Lokis Blade) a main hand weapon, Why u ask?

Caz the new Soul Destroyer build is kick ass and i would like to be able to change weapons from thana/inca whenever i choose and this can only be possible if the weapon is made into a main hand weapon.

As u all know sinx can equip 2 blades and yes few of u feel this would enhance the damage higher but for sould destroyer build it would not help so because dmg enhancing cards such as tg/skel worker etc does not work for soul destroyer so whats the point in having offhand? id rather go friggs and survive lol

At present for me to switch btwn blades i have to manually unequip my blade and requip the other while in pvp this consumes a lot of time and honestly a pain :(

But if lokis blade were to become main hand i can switch weps automatically whenever i feel like without going through the hassle

If Any of u feel the above mentioned points seem unclear or u dont like the idea plz feel free to comment on it

and those who are against this idea i can argue on this matter with the pro's and con's all day

Soul breaker means, need to be 2 handed weapons(Left+Right) to be stronger at maximum(not like sonic blow)

Unless you're going to be hybrid type which means your soul destroyer will not as strong as pure soul breaker type :P

There's a good reason, why loki's blade should go to off hand :P

hmm have u tried it on the game the build i mean? if not i suggest u do try it becas i havent made this ticket without trying all of it

and what i have noticed is though i use 2 lokis blade (main hand and off hand) with a good combo of cards my dmg is not significantly increased my normal dmg ranges btwn 28k-35k depends on buffs and so forth for single hand and if i use 2 blades my dmg gets increased to 33k-40k but at the loss of frigs defense so i dont think its a significant dmg increase

So i dont think wot ur saying has basis unless uve tried the build and ur saying wot im suggesting is vague

if wot ur suggesting is using 2 lokis blades its useless try for urself and ul see my point...

Didn't you knew Loki's infernal dagger have new updates that boost soul breaker+meteor assault by 100%(for equipped with Loki's cursed blade)

YES- i have used lokis infernal dagger in off hand

YES- i used sinx runes on boots

My Topic of discusion is LOKI'S CURSED BLADES (Blue And Red) and wot im suggesting is to make them main hand weps so i can interchange my lokis blades which have inca in one and thana in the other

so if u have anything to add REGARDING My topic feel free to do so but wot ur saying again has no relation to mine

Yes ur right (lokis blade with lokis infernal dagger) is a good combo but that depends on individual players choice to me its not worth it

and i dint get what u meant by lokis blade having same effect as dagger? o.O i think ur misunderstanding the effects of both weps maybe? caz lokis cursed blade (Red and blue) are primary weapons for soul destroyer build unless im wrong here :O

the dagger can go off hand but the blade has better effects for main hand plz do correct me if im wrong here

+1 ya cooookieeee, indeed. I think make lokis cursed blade for main hand too will make some of player available to change some combo on their wep.(inca/thana). Diffrent people,diff style.

I mean the both sets effect:

Loki's blade+infernal dagger=total 100% boost on sbk+ma. And so on for the Loki's(red)+Loki's(blue)=Maybe 200%-300% boost on sbk only :P

as much as I want to try this, I just don't have a knack for sinx when it comes to stat building and card combos. but I think sinx should be versatile with its weapons and what you can equip on it since its the only class that can equip 2 weapons on both hands. so yea :D also it wouldn't be too op since sinx has no shield when attacking.

Did you know that lokis curse blade could be used by a dagger sinx for extra damage? If it became main hand, how would a dagger sinx get its full potential?

Have you ever tried playing soul breaker on a dagger weapon? It has slightly lower damage + you will have a good damage on normal hitting ur enemy(switch to 2fbh boots), even though I'm not a sbk type, I'm still dealing a good damage on the enemies.

I suggest dont stick with 1 build cus sinx is one of the most versatile class, you can do alot of things with it (normal attack, sprinkle sand, sonic blow, grimtooth, and sbk).

-1 for a couple of reasons.

1. Making loki's blades only main hand weapon would hinder dagger sinxes who uses the blade as offhand for extra damage when the need arises.

2. It isn't needed. Changing it to become only main hand is only for the convenience of switching. I never had a problem of switching weapons on sinx, it might be a bit hard compared to others but it isn't game breaking. Others carry a katar, switch to it, then switch to the main hand blade you want. I just switch while having my inventories open anyway so I don't think there's an issue.

Hey, guys! Sorry if I was MIA most of the time because of real life work + server work. I didn't read all of the comments but let me just say a few things:

1. Yes. You wouldn't need to use cards like TG, Thana, Inca, etc for Soul Destroyer build.
2. The main hand for SD is Loki's Cursed Blade. I designed it in a way that it won't stack if you combine it with another Cursed Blade on your left hand.
3. If you want to achieve a higher damage, you should sacrifice losing your shield and equip your Loki's Infernal Blade.
4. It's a requirement that you have a boots that has the new Cursed Assassin Runes.

hi Guys i wanna revisit this topic as the new guardian rings are out and many sinx are going for Sould Destroyer Build

Like Sinx Crit and Sinx Dex swords Lokis Blade (not loki's infernal dagger) is also a sword so i wanna suggest to make it also a main hand weapon for ez switching

Like RayRay and Abysmalknight suggested that it would damage dagger Sinx Build let me point out that its a sword* not a dagger it has no benefit in offhand for a dagger SINX u must be refering to Loki's infernal Dagger

unless im mistaken and ppl are using this sword for offhand

If so id also suggest there are other weapons available to u too BUT this is a primary weapon for SD Build so i believe it would be ezier for players to have it as a main hand weapon

Switching weapons is kinda important well atleast to me and its really a pain according to my experience with this build caz i use Bash,Sonic Blow and SD with same build

like kyle said its a versatile class :D

I use it as offhand as it gives more damage than the daggers while still allowing me to use double attack since I am using a dagger on the main hand.

Seriously, the only thing you have to master on sinx is switching weapons and keeping your buffs up, especially if you are an auto attacking sinx.

And Ray what ive been saying is i use a f.katar to change weapons to other weapons like o.dex or ice pick or o.hels or anything but the thing is i have only 1 of each of these waepons but lokis blade i have 2

and i cant seem to change lokis blade to my other lokis blade even though i change to katar first then put on friggs and then put on lokis blade i seem to get the same (inca) lokis blade though i wanna change to the thana one

And i understand ur point that switching is immportant but if u get on i can show u i can use Soul Destroyer,Bash and Sonic blow and then go melee too if i want at anytime BUT ITS IMPOSIBLE TO CHANGE MAIN HAND WEAPON WITH AN OFFHAND ALLREADY EQUIPD Jesus christ and in PVP im n0t pro i can barely keep myself alive sometimes u cant expect some godly moves from normal players lol

This is primary weapon for soul destroyer Like O.crit is main hand weapon u cant use 2 can u? Like o.dex can u use 2? Why?

And in this Case Like [GM]Ares said Fro team made sure u cant use 2 lokis blade to stack for dmg for soul destroyer so no Point having it in offhand

I really think it shld become a main hand weapon as well caz it gives equally good stats as o.crit or o.dex which i feel is high for an offhand weapon And it has no Dmg +%

id suggest u to use infernal dagger as offhand instead or u can use another hels for dagger build too if u like

Just so u can have higher dmg on ur offhand wouldnt be fair to make an entire Sinx build more complicated Hope u understand
