you need to rebuff like every min for a sinx (and it's melee) so that you do at least some damage with edp+verter.

So it would be like a "28% (or 35%) more damage to everything" like a TG, meaning RC_BOSS and RC_NONBOSS modifiers. You do realize this will power up Asura on people more with the correct stacks, and people are already complaining how hard Thana Asura hits. Lol. Double Thana Asura on a NON_BOSS mod slur. Quick edit: To the topic starter, it is possible to just add a RC_BOSS bonus so it doesn't affect PvP, but as someone stated before, I doubt Champions need a boost in MVPing, they hit hard and fast enough.
