If you're fully geared then your chance to get a castle should not be 1/10, or 1/20, you're more or less able to get it, if, of course, you're talking about taking a castle that's defended. Taking a castle without defenses takes no skill whatsoever. Best gears up your chance by a lot. Why talk about skill when you're just gonna open more castles that calls for more brainless idiots gearing full damage and just going for a defenseless castle. Lol. ^__^ And if these guilds do form, what's gonna stop someone decent from taking something from that small guild. It's a fact that one single SinX takes castles from guilds of 15-20.
