It depends upon you, because for me, Clown/GypsySBs are useful at WoE and Raids only since they have autocast tarot and they can be a full coma build with 4x LoD on their weapon. while Bragis and Sifs are useful at PvP and Raids too, but it is nothing compared to Clown/Gypsy SB's when it comes to WoE. so i would say use: ClownSB/GypsySB = WoE & Raid Bragis/Sifs = PvP & Raid .. sometimes WoE, but their mostly for slow grace :3

Ehhh ninjas aren't useless when their opponent is on pneuma, do remember that Flip Tatami knockbacks if your opponent isn't wearing any RSX. you can just hop near them then use flip tatami .. problem solved :3

Ehh.. i didnt think champs became slower, i actually thought they became faster because the ground shake are making them laggy for abit and now that it has been removed, there will be lesser lag :)

I heard from some people that this had been an issue since, sometimes many players are killing thana then all accidentaly died including the summoner and one is left who killed thana and got the card (they didn't know who got the card). so i guess, it would be fairer if GMs will fix this :)

Agreed with -10% aftercast delay, ring is supposed to be an improved version of the cape.
