I like the idea, though I think it would be better as a vote reward. We already have questable rucksacks with similar stats, only they detract from the movement speed so adding ones that increase the speed slightly would be good for vote rewards. I think the sprite is nice, but we'd have to see if one of our spriters (or anyone from the community) is willing to make it. If not, perhaps we could add recolors or something instead.

I was just thinking like a quest for a headgear, nothing too fancy. Just to actually have them be used for something... it was just an idea though. We could add other methods of obtaining them too perhaps. I'd really like to hear more people's ideas on new things we could add to the server that they would like.

In that case, that's definitely not an option then (at least that method). We don't have the mail box implemented here for a reason because of the many potential bugs it has. Also, just because a script is on eA doesn't mean it necessarily will work here. A lot of the times we have to heavily edit the code since we're using a customized mixture of eA and Aegis. However, we will consider it, but it wouldn't be our top priority. If we do decide to do it, it likely wouldn't be anytime soon.

Unfortunately, that's not true. It's not just the players that have buffs that kill new players, usually well geared players like to pick on new people (I've seen it happen far too many times). The good news is we are working on addressing this issue and our next update is going to be heavily focused on new players and those who can't donate. On topic, I don't know if people would still be willing to bid as much if the buffs were limited to WoE and GvG. We've tested the buffs and they're no where near as bad as they were before and tried to meet people in the middle as much as we could. We removed the OP class specific buffs but still made it better than the basic default buffs. They don't last long, and as others have said there are ways to counter them. It's very, very, very unlikely we would remove the guild hideout buffs all together. Instead, I'd recommend suggesting specific buffs you would want removed.

Please post all Valkyrie Weapon suggestions here from now on. There's way too many different topics floating around with lots of different suggestions, so this will make it easier for the staff to keep track of. When posting, please follow this format for each weapon: Valkyrie Weapon Name*: Current Effects: Suggested Changes: Reason(s): * Please bold the weapon name. When commenting on someone else's post: You must quote the new effects the person suggested that you're commenting on If you disagree with parts of their proposed effects, you can suggest alternate stats, so long as you follow the format Note: This is just for changes to the current weapons, you should make new topics for NEW Valkyrie Weapon ideas.

I really like that idea and it'd work nicely with some future updates we're planning. If you guys could flesh out what the rewards for those MvP items would be, that'd be super helpful. I also think quests that require WoE drops would be nice, too.

This would be a lot of work and I don't know if we have the manpower to do something like this at the moment. That being said, I wouldn't rule it out. I like the idea, but there's a lot of potential problems with it... or at least, I'm afraid there would be. Things like this would have a lot of potential bugs, and it's unlikely people would report it.

It'd be super awesome if when you're hosting an event (or are helping someone else host an event), you would take some screenshots and post them here. We want to add more screenshots of events to post on RMS and the website. Please be sure to have as little "clutter" as possible in the screenshot (e.g., closing your inventory, info bar, etc). If possible, hide your health bars as well. It doesn't just have to be events, you can feel free to post any screenshots you think look nice and would help advertise the server. It could be of the town, GMs interacting with the community, PvP, and more. Thank you!
