Emperiums already do more than enough. Adding all stats makes things OP, we are trying to move away from this. The effect of emps are not going to change. - Rejected -

This has been suggested before and rejected. Refunding players for vote items is not necessary. As many people have already said, voting does not take long and helps the server out a lot. - Rejected - We can look into this more.

Since the original suggestion was to increase the damage of DS, I'm accepting this as this was addressed with the addition of new weapons. - Accepted - For the rest of the discussion here... there are various other topics concerned with issues of the sniper class. These are still being discussed and worked through, so this will remain unchanged for the time being.

As Rangdyrok said, not all of our players are registered on the forums. We do take into consideration how many people are in favor of or opposed to a suggestion, but I think putting a number requirement is a bit arbitrary. Especially since not all of the people who are on the forums will voice their opinions about suggestions. Ultimately, it is up the staff's best judgment whether or not to accept a suggestion. - Rejected -

If you want to donate through a pre-paid/gift card, you can already do so through Western Union. If you are referring to a pre-paid card like official game servers have (eg. Maple Story, etc.), that is unfortunately not possible. The server does not have the means of getting those nor of having them in stores. - Rejected -

We've incorporated this into the new weapons, so I'm going to accept this since it's been done. The skill itself won't be increased because editing the source can cause other errors... it's too risky to do currently. - Accepted -

Ah okay, I see what you're saying now. Yeah, that could be an option... we can certainly look into it some more. Maybe you (or anyone else) could suggest the specific card effects you would like integrated into the weapon?

I'm a little confused about how exactly that would work... Do you mean that even if you use your points on vote items, you will be rewarded 100 coupons based on your total points? I'm assuming that for every 100 vote points you want it so players would receive 50 donation coupons? I agree that loyal players who support the server should be rewarded, for sure. As you said though, this could be abused. Giving consumable items like yggs etc. has been suggested quite a few times and it seems there is no real consensus of whether or not we should do this.

I see your point about the bow, making it one handed is reasonable, but I don't have final say in the matter. That's still limiting though. I'm sure a lot of people do use similar cards, but eliminating the option of having different cards/tactics of playing a class makes it much more dull. If everyone who wants a stronger weapon than the elite but can't afford a donation weapon is forced into using weapons with effects like you're suggesting... I agree, it will just be a matter of who uses it better. I always think there should be an option. I understand why you're suggesting this, but I think there is a better alternative. We are working on developing quite a few quests that will be both challenging and very, very useful. I suppose so, but I still feel that it could make it more difficult for new players to sell and thus gain coupons. Even if you intend it to be for emergency purposes, that doesn't mean that people who have a lot of vote coupons and nothing to spend it on will use it that way. The original creator of the script made it so it works one way. We only have one person scripting and I believe that that would entail a bit of work to accomplish. If you can script or know anyone who can and wants to fix this issue, then maybe that would be an option.

Yeah, exactly. That's what the admins have been saying for awhile, and why suggestions to add the third classes are rejected. I agree with this as well. Although there isn't much point in discussing how to balance them, since it is going to be a long time before they are implemented, if they ever are.

1. The elite weapons are not going to be changed, as a few people have already said. 2. Including the card effects into the rental weapons is not a bad idea... but it would make pvp less diverse, in my opinion. Not everyone uses the same card combination. 3. The elite weapons are not meant to be on par with the other ones. Rental and donation are intended to be better than the elite weapons, that's not going to change. 4. I'm not so sure this is a good idea. One of the few ways for new players to make coupons is to farm yggs, etc. and sell them to people. Adding consumable items such as those to the vote rewards may impact that... If we did decide to do this though, I agree that they should not be tradable. 5. I don't think this is possible, though it is a very good idea and I agree with it. The script for the rental weapons was made to expire after x amount of hours, regardless of whether you are on or not.

Adding steal/snatcher skill is an interesting idea. I was thinking something similar for the questable rucksack. The GM who accepted the suggestion before had made some, I believe, but she is no longer here... We could probably see if one of the spriters would be willing to make some. The idea of having a player support guild that's affiliated with the staff has already been rejected more than once. I don't think that this is really an option, though I'm not against it myself. As I said in another post, you are more than welcome to help players on your own time. When looking at GM applications, I would imagine that the staff already considers how helpful the applicant is to other players, along with other things. About the Forsaken Dungeon Quest NPC: I think most people who have access to the NPC would know why they would perform the quest, like nines said. I certainly don't see the harm in adding in the dialogue you suggested, though. I think making sure new players know that the pass exists is a good idea. Something that I had thought of is adding an NPC to welcome players to fRO, explain unique things about the server, tell players to make a ticket if they have an issue or need support, etc. We could include something about the Forsaken Dungeon pass in there as well. What do you guys think of this idea/do you have any suggestions for what else the NPC could say? This is an interesting idea as well. We could certainly discuss this more. Though it is abusable as nines said. To do this, we would have to figure a way around that. You can only vote on the actual voting sites (eg. Game Sites Top 200) about once a day from an IP. As far as I'm aware though, you can just make multiple accounts and click the vote buttons without actually voting, but still receive the vote points (unfortunately). While vote points are account-bound, if you could convert them to donation coupons then that would mean you could pass them to different accounts. Though they could do this, zeny does not have much value on this server. It can buy things from NPCs and supplies for some classes, but that's about it... I don't think it would matter that much.

Edited the first post and put in the suggestions so far so it's easier to reference them. :) @nines: Quest wings are a good idea as well, assuming people would do them. I'm not sure how everyone would feel about removing those wings from the Ladder rewards, though... We can see. @Ethereal: That sounds like a good starting point to me.

We are working on developing some new very challenging quests that I think the community will really enjoy (or so I hope). :) So stay tuned for that. Making a quest rucksack will be looked into more. I think that's a good idea to make new players feel more like they belong. @nines: I'm not sure I know exactly which headgear you're referring to... Could you find pictures of them please? @Ryuk: What would you propose is changed for the forsaken dungeon quest?

Sorry for delayed replies, I just got back from the dentist. :P But anyway... I can't say for sure, though I am guessing general fighting style sets would be more likely. We can discuss ideas for both and get more input from the community and decide from there though. :) I like this idea. If anyone has anything else they'd like to add in for possible drops, feel free to! I like the idea of having the custom name set. And it's a good idea to make it easier to farm. Any other suggestions for what else to add for this? I don't see the harm in adding a very little stats that would help with survivability, though. Maybe we could also add something to help with MvPing? Nines came up with some interesting ideas (I'm assuming they are for the newbie equipment which new players will start out with?). For the headgear, I'm not sure about the Irish Hat. What are some popular ones/ones people would like to see used for this? Keep the great feedback/suggestions coming! :)

You all have some really good ideas! We were thinking of adding custom gears (armor, weapon, etc.) for newbies to start out with to make leveling/playing here a bit easier for them. Do you guys want to throw around some ideas for stats/effects that these could have? Increasing the zeny players start out with sounds good as well. I certainly do not see the harm in it. As for the GM assistant guild... you guys don't have to be in a specific guild to offer your help to newbies. You'll see a lot of new players around (especially in fcity) who are looking for help. You can always (and are encouraged to!) help new players, as long as you don't claim to be affiliated with the staff, etc. The GM assistant guild has been rejected a few times, and I don't see that changing (although personally, I am not opposed to the suggestion). As I said though, you are always welcome to help new players on your own. :) Edit: I think Ethereal's idea of having some stronger gears (although lower than the elites) is a nice idea as well. I like the storyline part of it too. Xtopher, what kind of items for the farming area would you suggest? If you guys would like to see these gears, you could help us out quite a bit by giving some ideas as to possible effects for them. (:
