perhaps adding a warning for words of lesser offense or at least a lesser punishment ... just jail or just mute no ban but if you've been warned/jailed/banned before for verbal abuse then you won't get the warning, sound good?

I'm fairly certain that since the nerf update nothing else has been done to champs. To reach previous spamming speeds you'll need 4 kiels instead of 3. (as well as max aspd and instacast)

based on this I'd have to guess either ... you're AI for your chemist is messed up (less likely) or ... perhaps your other RO is interferring with fRO custom database which would make it crash occasionally (most likely) other than that .. umm .. iunno

I have to agree with devo. Knowing what the sigs started out as greatly influences my decisions. Can we have links to originals? If you have time? :D

as far as the design goes .. I'm really digging it. The notebook paper, Napoleon Dynamite-esque style is awesome. and .. I think as long as it's more informative than the last main page it'll be great.

I've always thought that the main page, the first thing anyone sees, should have links to EVERYTHING. GM lists .. the different events we have .. our vote rewards system explanation .. okay ... so like, this is how me and mike(sir psycho) met almost 25 years ago ... we were both in kindergarten ... it was lunchtime ... spinach was on the menu that day ... we weren't big fans of it but that was back when corporal punishment was allowed so we sat down to eat regardless ... sitting side by side we both went for that first bite ... we stopped ... as we touched our forks to our plates we both noticed a cockroach come out of the spinach on his tray ... I think he meant that they'll remove coma through skills for those classes but they'll still be able to use coma gears/cards. I'd like to see coma removed from acid demonstration, at least. IMO, that is overpowered.

Balances are being made. GTB will always annoy someone. If GTB didn't exist people would just use the MDEF build so all magic would do 1 damage. Either way magic classes will have to L2Play. GTB will always be there because my HW and the coma builds will rule if it's ever taken away or nerfed. (I fought very hard to keep GTB since this is one of the few servers that still has it at it's original effect.) Incantation Samurai with Stave Crasher works best, add some other damage cards or the custom cards that increase SC damage. (1k-30k depending on the opponents gear) Thanatos with Stave Crasher only works on people who aren't expecting it. If they know you have it they'll switch to our custom anti-Thana card. (1k-130k depending on the opponents gear) There's some good melee mix builds but even with a good build we're still short on HP, which is one of the things being worked on. (1k-9k melee damage with staff as a weapon .. again, depending on the opponents gear) Just remember .... anyone that wields a 2-handed weapon is your main target for magic ... Safety Wall + RSX + FCP can be your best friend .. just make sure you have good aim with SW ... if someone is weak to magic but not weak enough try to use Stone Curse or Freeze and cast a spell that will affect them more ... custom card that strips shield is very handy as are weapon/armor breaking cards/gears ... and ... surprise attacks and randoming people worx good too :) Now, I'm not saying anyone can get around it but it is possible. ...... wonder how long this will stay open?

I'd have to agree with this only because too many people abused the you-know-what last year and lied ... ... even though I've spent billions of zeny buying FCP scrolls from the @at's in pront, I'd have to think removing them altogther would be easier and possibly the most fair solution since fcp scrolls haven't been handed out in almost or over a year ... ... after they've all been removed/deleted simply add them back to the database and start all over but this time give them out to winners of a different event besides the pvp-based events, like dice or HnS, that way the random winners can profit off of the PvP winners(which are usually the same 2 dozen people) instead of ''making the rich richer"

I can loot almost 300 ygg before I have to store and that's with full INT it's only 4-5 clicks to store ... don't be lazy is what I say ... I'd much rather have an HP boost before anything else ... and she's right ... when i'm serious about PvP you probably wouldn't want me to be packing 600+ ygg
