Glad to see others appreciate the games. It's definitely my second favorite series just behind Kingdom Hearts (very close second). @Memory: Yeah they definitely knew how to appeal to a specific audience (the mmorpg fan base). The GU series was much easier but I really liked being able to switch weapon/combat styles. @ZerO25: I noticed that about your avatar a long time ago. I think there are a few more members with .Hack character avatars as well. Almost every server I've ever played has a Haseo. I like the idea of a super rare one of a kind item in a game. One so rare that it's only a rumor. No mmo I've ever played has anything like that (I guess in fear of imbalance).

A post in the music section hit me with nostalgia over this series. I loved the theme of the games as a whole and the music was simply fantastic. The anime is definitely only good if you watch it while playing the games. I really wish they had a successful mmorpg, I'm sorry ragnarok but I would probably drop you like a brick... at least for a little while (I always come back to RO). Your thoughts? Haters gonna hate?

It would probably help with people trying to dishonestly represent themselves as a member of the team in order to trick players. Especially those players who are newer or unfamiliar with our team. I agree with the suggestion, but as Renegade said there are other matters I think are more important. I believe it comes down to how much time it would take them to update it properly... and that is something I don't know.

If everyone is so upset about the actual drop percentage rate how about another way to spawn the monster. Thanatos Summoning Npc: xx qpons/event qpons This way you keep the same .01% chance each time you kill it but you can pay to kill it more often. People will still have to work hard to get it as a .01% drop rate is very unlikely, but it will give newer players and the general player base a better chance. This also could make use of event coupons. I vision a private room where you can pay a npc to summon you a Thanatos once then you must leave and re-enter to summon/kill it again (this will give others a chance to enter when you leave). Maybe a cool-down effect could be put in so that a player would have to wait xx amount of time before re-entering the room? (But I suspect people would just switch accounts and kill it on another account) I know something like this has been suggested in the past but I don't know if it was rejected or not. I'm just trying to think of things that satisfy everyone. I'm for boosting the drop rate a little bit but it seems as though people are very conflicted on this (although I don't really know why because it boosts the drop rate for EVERYONE, not just players without the card). I do have one question: Out of all the people posting here, who has actually obtained a Thanatos Card as a drop while the .01% drop rate was implemented? I'm not asking if you bought it and I'm not asking if your "friend" got one at .01%. I'm asking you. I'm just curious because of all the argument that has gone on here. Personally if I ever get anything at a .01% chance I'm screen-shotting the hell out of it.

I don't think I can agree with any of those three options. I believe at best the drop rate could be bumped to .5%-1%. No more, definitely not 10%. Wiping the "illegal cards" would 1: Probably be difficult to do. 2: Would skyrocket the price/value of all the legitimate cards (do you really want that?). 3: People who bought or traded for Thanas and didn't know the ones they were getting were obtained through a glitch would be punished (I don't think thats fair). Nerfing the card for everyone but melee users is not fair at all in my opinion.

^Thats what I do. I actually had the pleasure or dueling one of these "sprite editors" Clown vs Gypsy... She didn't seem to have the greatest gears so I cleaned up with 10:2... But I could see how this kind of stuff could be really frustrating vs a very well equipped player... All I can say is spam the YGGs and report them. Sidenote: I can do 3 av's pretty easy and 4 every once in a while... I use a crappy laptop and mouse though. Don't know what your problem is if you're only doing 2 Supream.

I wouldn't say this is so "clear". A number of things could have gone on here... You say pvp is about getting winning matches and rarely dying but from what I've seen in pvp it's usually a gang of guys helping one person collect kills for ladder. How does this demonstrate the winners true ability to pvp? PVP means "player verses player" not "Me and my friends vs player". In my opinion someone who collects just as many kills by himself but dies more deserves a reward before the guy that just had his buddies help him out and keep him alive. If pvp rooms only allowed two people in them then maybe I would agree with a ratio, but the way they are right now it's not always so "clear" as to how they got those kills or kept a low death rate. I'm not trying to offend anyone or anything... I'm just giving my viewpoint on it...

Interesting idea but I'll have to disagree for a few reasons. 1. We really have enough types of Ruck Sacks... 2. It would really crush the market values of the current ones (Not important to some, very important to others). 3. I feel our team should be focused on more important or more innovative things than recreating items that give the same advantages over and over again. (But that's just my opinion). New things like Zodiacs, ROPs, etc... seem like a much better use of their time.

I think Arrow Vulcan is fine... I can tank anyones AV with just heal on Priest (as long as they aren't editing)... so I imagine everyone should be able to tank it with Yggs. Now Tarot I think could be changed... Maybe reducing the success percentage or lowering the chance at coma... A lot of people rely on Tarot as a crutch though (When all else fails spam Tarot and hope to get a lucky kill). But in all honesty other classes can kill you almost or just as fast as Tarot... Well equipped Sinx, full Asura champs.. etc.. you just have to be prepared for it. I suggest leaving your normal shield on and just try and ygg as fast as you can when you get coma'ed. Btw this has all been discussed before and I don't think they'll get nerfed... As Phenomenon said the focus should be boosting other classes up.. not dragging this one down.

Crime against humanity? No really though... I'm against using firearms for self defense unless the attacker is armed with firearms. Now you could grab some sand like Sorrow said, but I say a swift kick in the nuts then beat them with what ever you can find. Like rocks, branches, poles, a car... anything dense that you can pick up. Or if you're set on the manhood destruction thing I guess you could stomp him out... Heels hurt. I've only seen a male hit a female once... they were both drunk and playing some slapping game... but like 3 guys jumped on him before I could even get across the room lol. I also have to agree with Sorrow that strong ladies are sexy, nothing wrong with being able to defend yourself.

Hybrid classes. Reach lvl 255 on one class then get a second class & skills. SinX/Champ or Stalker/Pala ftw

IKR In a lot of countries you have to have a special license to have a gun and even in the US you have to have one to carry it around with you... He punches you -> you shoot him -> he sues you (if he survives) -> you go to jail -> you probably get more than punched plus when you get out thats on your record forever... try getting a decent job with having a record of voluntary attempted manslaughter. Some of you kids play too many video games. And I agree with ZerO25, never underestimate the stopping power of a swift kick in the nuts.

Very true. I really only use my alt accounts for buffing and leeching anyway... I can fit most of my functional characters in one account. I say sure to increasing the amount of slots, but no to making the characters movable from slot to slot... that just seems unnecessary... and wouldn't it mess up your hot keys?

Take some Jiu-Jitsu. I saw my friend (pretty strong guy about 6ft 170lbs) get destroyed by a girl while sparing. She slapped 3 arm-bars and a guillotine on him. She had 16'' biceps though :) Next time some guy tries something you could guillotine him in public = VERY embarrassing LOL. You don't need guns to put up with scum.

Maybe it's time for some self defense classes? You never know what kind of scum there is out there and self defense abilities can prove very valuable or even life saving in some situations. Anyhow, hope your recovery is speedy.

I liked it... Good casual move for a date or for taking kids/younger siblings. It was nice to see something semi-original... seems a lot of movies now are remakes/squeals/ or based off of books or comics. Definitely a better alternative to The Last Airbender.
