Setup.exe bug, no resolution

I was able to play normally on window mode, but then I tried to launch the game in full screen mode which is a failure, no window or whatever. I tried to launch it using window mode again, then it only appears as a small window. And there's no resolution option available, only blanks. See screenshot below:

 

 

 

 

Im currently running on Windows 10.

try to run Setup.exe as ADMINISTRATOR

The same thing also happens to me, if it serves the same thing in a big screen. 1. OPTION SOLUTION COMPATIBILITY 2. PROOF RECOMMENDED COMPATIBILITY 3. THEN IN ADMINISTRATIVE MODE I HOPE YOU WILL RESULT ?
