If he's not talking to you after talking to the 1st Romeo, it's because you're talking to the incorrect NPC. There are 2 Friar Laurences. Quote

Once you make a limited edition imperial helm, you can no longer use it to create an imperial token. @veracity I talked to romeo and it talked to me but when I re-click him again to re-read what he said and he does not open at all. It's because you can only see their dialogue once. Once you talk to them, it sets the variable so you can advance in the quest and only speak to the next NPC. So it's important to read the dialogue the first time. qperteplex Posted February 15, 2015 Report Posted February 15, 2015 Let me get this straight. I can trade any imp or get and LTD box and with a normal valk helm I can turn it into an IMP that has +5 stats . Doesn't this deem the old +3 IMP useless now even though they are worth 10 GVG toks? Quote

No. You trade in an Imperial Valkyrie Helm, plus a Imperial Token to make a Limited Edition Imperial Helm. Quote

Doesn't seem like a fair trade since the imp is originally +3 while a valk exp is just a basic valk helm not to mention the amount of GVG toks the original imp was worth Quote

Rayray Posted February 15, 2015 Report Posted February 15, 2015 I have a question, in the patch notes, both the Biochemist and Wizard weapon gets 5% after cast delay on it. Did both classes suffer from skill delays that we need to get those 5% after cast delays now? Because if those are not yet in the legendary weapons, we might need to put them too. Quote
