Lenneth Posted June 26, 2014 Report Posted June 26, 2014 I have been refraining myself from getting involved in this flame war, until ppl had to bring it to guild level and I need to clarify a few things. 1. PvP Majority of the Endeavour members only WoE and seldom pvp. We WoE out of commitment and respect to our guild leader. We don't pvp because we have better things to do, so the whole "you don't pvp because you are a cheater and is afraid to be caught" argument does not stand. Tards members have never been active pvpers since the day we started here with the exception of Giap and Heha. Since we don't pvp often in the first place, I don't know where the "we wipe your guild from time to time" statement came from. You probably meant a fight versus 1-3 members. 2. GvG/BR If i recall correctly Endeavour was one of the regulars in GvG and BR when david was still active to lead, which was not very long ago. Like i pointed out earlier, we respect our leaders so we answer their calls. Unless we are called, no one attends GvG/BR because those events are US timezone oriented, and most of us are working/travelling to work at 8/9am. So be careful when you say something general such as "you guys don't gvg/br because you cheat". Keep the fight between the two of you unless you do have an issue with the entire guild. @ray do not underestimate the power of macro that comes with an expensive gaming keyboard. I do not know the configuration of Jubz's keyboard, but I dare say i know someone who can spam equally good, if not better, due to his Anansi settings. and jubz is replying because he got flamed. @Jubz I do agree that u should stop replying too, not because you are guilty, but i feel this is going no where. Even if you really have to reply, please remove the caps! and try to avoid personal attacks please.

Sory Lan I've tried to stop this with this reply, hoping everyone will just stop before its continue too far. And for fild pvp, I'm rarely do it too cause I have other things to do beside gaming. And if I do filding I'm not sure gonna met US player much since my time 11 hour faster then them and I usually filding at 5 to 7 PM my time that means its still morning in their time, unless I got work off or just have time to slacking off in office so I can do filding other then my usual time. Even after EC, many people still stand at emp room and do their usual bussines while the one DCed keep saying we error them.

I do not underestimate really. I already said that if it was me, I would ban all macros because I know it makes a difference. What I really do not want is that people keep on saying wtfast makes a huge difference when all it does is reduce the latency a bit. I know he got flamed and such, but replying and provoking more replies will make it seem he is guilty, when he really do not need to reply at all. I don't judge him, I am fairly neutral in this and if he claims he uses an expensive keyboard and mouse, then I'll believe that unless proven wrong. Wtfast didnt work cause you just use trial sir.. try to use the real one.. try full service for 1 month.. its really work.. And than jubs not the faster one for spam.. our another member can spam faster than him.. 1 again.. you say wipe our guild on fild? So funny.. if homoculus wanna war with us.. lets war on fild... shitt I DO NOT NEED TO USE WTFAST IF MY PING IS LOW. When will this statement ever get through? I am not judging nor condemning the use of wtfast but please do not exaggerate its use against a ping of around 300. It works wtfast alone will not yield a result that will make people call you a BN user. I really would want you guys to just settle it in fild or wherever. I am no stranger on being called a hacker, I was even called once that I was a GM simply because I know where he puts his buffers in fild01. some of you even say my friend Shreya(Sentient) uses macros for seeding which I find hilarious. I'm just going to set a few things straight in here and close this discussion: 1: Wtfast works for some it doesn't work for others. This depends on your ISP and it's natural hops. If your ISP is using decent hops already you will not find a big change in ping. If you already live close to the server, you will not find any change in ping. Using wtfast does not make you magically spam fast but it is able to averagely reduce your ping. Wtfast normally does not reach under 150 ping average unless you're already under 150 ping before starting wtfast, and in that case wtfast won't make much of a difference. 2: Download/upload speed does not influence your ping. So a 5mb/s connection is not going to be any lower ping than a 1 mb/s connection as long as you use the same hops. Also 5 mb/s is a rather slow connection. Having it focused on 1 PC no longer makes any difference as long as you have a good router. Splitters and such no longer are used in home networks and routers do not reduce your internet speed anymore depending on the amount of computers connected. That's all issues from years ago. 3: Whenever someone is spamming too fast to seem legit, please do report them and we'll look into it. Last but not least, I'm warning everyone that was involved in this flame war. No accusations should be made publicly on the forums and no flaming should occur. Next time warn levels will be increased. @topic creator: Feel free to create a new ticket if you want further advice on how to fight paladins.
