Procastinate Posted April 28, 2013 Report Posted April 28, 2013 I do observer that the Fro Community is a kinda bland in times in where there are no events like Woe, BR, GVG and Etc. I do recommend that we can have a Mayor, like a Player GM but can only be for a week, and for us to have the so called "Mayor" we vote for this people who gives themselves to service. This Mayor could give events such as LMS, Dice and other simple yet fun events basically. Voting for mayor would take atlease 10k zeny for one to cast his vote and only 1vote per account. I think this would help the community to have fun great things whenever no GM's are available for events and this could also be a big help to newbies. Plus would make lesser hassle to GM's. Plus, anyone could be the mayor so everyone could taste of how to host an event for a week. anyone wants to add up?
Victoria Posted April 28, 2013 Report Posted April 28, 2013 Im not sure about this. since if its about voting like what is happening in real life, the candidates will pay tokens to be a mayor or threaten to KoS people if they dont vote them. Also im not confident that all can be mayors, only those that are pro's and have money will actually be the mayor.

Even if they did some kind of 1 vote per IP thing, people could still buy votes, ect. In a more perfect world this would be a great idea, but this community is nowhere near a utopia.

But it wouldn't hurt if there would be another GM who sits between the other users who has a talks, and become a connection with them. This is kinda missing here, and many people told me this already before.

Victoria Posted May 6, 2013 Report Posted May 6, 2013 It is actually free to host events via the BC. what the people would want about this is just the TITLE. being called Forsaken Mayor or Mayor feels so good and makes you so so proud like its a big big thing. I think that is the only positive thing about doing this.

Victoria Posted May 8, 2013 Report Posted May 8, 2013 -1 I came back after 5 months and still the GM Event Team we have are never active. NO lms, dice, hide and seek, poring bomb. Hopefully they fix this issue quickly i don't understand why people become Event GM's and yet they are not active. We will be having more Event GMs now so it wouldn't be a problem :) Hopefully they will be active and host events to ease our boredom :D
