How do I get +10 equipments? >.<

As for your question.

When you get your item, there is a npc in our main city that can refine your equipment using oridicon/elunium/etc.

Is it difficult to upgrade my equipment to +10? o-o

Nope, here at ForsakenRO we gaurentee that you're items would get to +10 100% of the time ^-^; So you won't have to worry about that, same goes with removing cards on equips =O
