Rei, only the Ash Ketchum hat is unreleased from all you stated. Marshmallow Hat too, but that's a beta tester hat that wouldn't be available through donation either. (Clarification: post 32).

And as much as it would be nice for the effects to be listed, it isn't necessary, as these are unreleased headgear, and only a few have set effects (like Myth Auras & Wings). fRO reserves the right to add, modify, or remove effects of the hats since they're unreleased.

Unreleased headgears are still $5, but wings (even the ones not listed) are $10.
