In a way so is yours. I mean you act like this server was made from scratch which it isn't it was copied from the Original Servers or a low rate. Now this isn't the same as a low rate which means some rules will need to be bent to make it fair. That would be why I make comparisons like that to stress the fact that the rules aren't the same. And sure RSX is > WS but it still doesn't change the fact that WS occurs way to fast @_@ So I think this would be a good time to apply the rules to our modified server in order to make things more fair. I think even at 1-3% This card would still activate plenty of times XP. And I don't see how Valk R> FCP it doesn't dispel FCP >.>;;;; or at least I have never had FCP dispelled...

Honestly Leni you usually make sense but atm you aren't ;^;. I know this is a high rate and we are determining what would be fair. The card was made in low rate standards where sure 10% is a lot but here 10% means it will work in the matter of seconds :/ I agree we are comparing Low Rate to High Rate here. I Don't know the rate just doesn't seem right imo :/

Well fact is When The WS card was made on RO it wasn't intended to be make with a 195 ASPD, while this applies to other cards and weapons I can still see where we is coming from XP

Actually I have something to announce. Due to a few things that have gone wrong in my life as well as in Pokies life we will be unable to continue this service for a bit :/. I was really hoping it would workout but unfortunately lifew ill throw you curveballs and you just have to deal with them. I plan on opening this up full time over the summer or whenever I can get internet back at home and hopefully then me and Pokie can truly do what we want to do but as of right now we lack the ingame the leadership to keep this running. I'm sorry if this of any inconvenience to any of you and if anyone wants to ask why or what is going then simply ask but don't QQ or get mad. I will hopefully bring this back into operation in the summer and do a bit more than we normally did ^^. So forgive me if I let you down and just cross your fingers and hope that I can open this back up over summer time ^^

I think if Valk R was reduced Then WS should be reduced as well. I mean you can easily say "FCP" is the answer to that but i disagree because not everyone PVPs with FCP so I agree completely. I'm sure some WS -reliant- people will get on and QQ but go ahead and QQ away this argument is valid and sound :D

As of right now I can't take anymore MVP card orders until I can get a good Team of MVPers we are almost there I just need to see reliability and such. Well then you may just be over working yourself ^^. But I don't really care I love everything :) Especially the new rucksacks they all look awesome ^^...... Omg Pandaring, usakring and cowring = teh Kawaii... But anywhoe I like the black and gold emp auras a lot but I liked the older blue emp aura better everything else is fine. Just the new blue just looks a bit pastel, not a offensive word just means bright =p <3.

I agree with water and the blue light that would be smexy. Also keep in mind that Bio MVPs actually have pattern for spawning ~ So I don't think just some random spawn pattern would be acceptable =p ^^
