  1. Marine Spheres are great for WoE Defense. Only reason they should be allowed a boost. They are basically like Traps. Can't hurt to boost it.

    Ok guys I have written everything out. Skills ect. I have used Ideas presented here and a few other things. I few in a few card ideas and even wrote out the quest line which will make a few MVP cards more useful. I am just crossing my fingers and hopes this gets passed and tested. I guess we can only see.

  4. Why no to the Stalker Compared to its Sister class I think a stalker is no where near to what it should it be :/
  5. Taekwon: Counter Kick:When you use this skill while you have Counter Kick Stance prepared, it will hit the single enemy target with a 100% success and cause 190%+30*SkillLV% damage. Has a 20% chance to happen when you use a standard attack. 7|400% Upgrade: 800% Purpose if no weapon has been proposed or a stat adjustment for ranker class this skill should be updated for sure. Taekwon Master Union(Soul Link Skill)-Effect: The power of this skill is unleashed when linked to a Soul Linker using the Star Gladiator Spirit (if not linked, the SP is wasted and nothing happens). When linked, your movement speed is increased and all your attacks never miss and ignore DEF, but you loose 2% of your HP every time you attack a monster and 8% HP every time you attack a player, also if you attack a player when you only have 20% HP left, you will be killed instantly afterwards. Upgrade: Take of the HP loss deal if possible. Purpose: 195 Aspd ? -8% hp each hit -.- ya right >.> Stalker: Tunnel Drive: Upgrades the Hide skill to allow slow movement while hiding. Not restricted to walls like the Assassins Cloaking Skill. 10|50% Movement Upgrade: 100% movement. Purpose: This can't hurt and it will definately help with BS builds ect. so meh WhiteSmith: Weaponry Mastery: Increases character's HIT by +2 per SkillLV, ATK by +2 per SkillLV and weapon forging success rate by +1% per SkillLV. The damage applies even on a missed attack and is affected by elemental properties and card modifiers. Contrary to some rumor, this skill DOES NOT improve upgrading chances at an Upgrade NPC. 10|+ 20 ATK/HIT, +10% Forging Upgrade: +300 Atk/ +50 Hit? Maybe? Purpose: do I need to explain? Upgrade
  6. Stalker- Backstab- Powerful attack that can only be used from behind the enemy. Cannot miss and will turn the target to face the caster, thus preventing repeated use. Damage is 320%+40%*SkillLV ATK (halved if used with a bow type weapon). Upgrade- at level 10 the Power of this is 700%, which this is a lot and can be alot this is a high rate and this class lacks a lot of advantages :/ Imo change that 700% to 1200%-1400% Purpose- Give this Class a chance lol >.> I'm tired of seeing Intimidate builds :/ lol

  9. I think the boosts for Snipers above were great. And good enough. I mean this is a highrate and trap stacking builds are useless lol that is why I am not too concerned about all the boosts traps should have. but trap stacking is always fun :D

  12. Ugh -.-; I never said Clowns/Gypsies couldn't Pvp.. . Actually I lose to them all the time, plenty of classes lose to them. The delay on AV was reduced so the skill is easily spammable and does a lot of damage.. That is Why I don't think it should be changed O.o. But the classes were made to be Support > Pvp. I mean if you are in a mage PT in iRO and you just spam AV and don't ever use Bragi you will get flamed. If you use AV at all in WoE you will get flamed. I mean I never once said that they can't fight because they are super effiecient at killing but the priority should be supportive > Pvp when in a party -.-. But thank you everyone for reading my posts and not assuming you know what I mean :/ and also for not assuming that I was insulting a class that I started out with... so thank you... I think WoE defence Gypsies are better doing Mill ensemble with Clown since ranged damage is already reduced and you can use Yggs while using this skill and move about freely. I mean it is an efficient skill there are a few others that are feasible for defensive purposes. But for Offensive I think Tarot Spam with AV "flinch" effect is better than anything.
  13. Clown/Gypsie Moonlight Water Mill- This skill creates a 9x9 cell around the users that no one can enter. It just prevents entry pushing enemies back, so you can still be hit by ranged attacks or magic. WORKS during Guild Siege. Can not be canceled by Dispell. Level ->5 40 Sec Duration, 70 SP, 9 SP every 10 sec Upgrade: Longer Duration Purpose: I would like to see this Skill used during WoE.... Gypsie Humming- Increase HIT of players in the area of effect by +2 per SkillLV. The accuracy rate increased by this skill is affected by Dancing Lesson skill level and DEX of the caster. Upgrade- change it to +5 per skillLV? Or possibly more. Purpose- Just seems to low for a low rate even though no one will use it O.o. Please Don't Forget Me- Decreases Attack Speed by 3% per SkillLV and Movement rate by 2% per SkillLV of all enemies in the area of effect. Cancels any skills that increase movement or attack speed. The amount of attack speed decreased by this skill is affected by Dancing Lesson skill level and STR of the caster. The amount of moving speed decreased by this skill is affected by Dancing Lesson skill level and AGI of the caster. Upgrade- 4 or 5% per skill on Aspd and 3% on movement speed please. Purpose- This is a great skill and I thin Gypsies could use this maybe we would see more of them :O
  14. -.-; They weren't made for PVP XP they were made to defend themselves and sure do damage when needed but again they only have 3 attacking skills for a reason! They get ensembles/ songs/dances for a reason!!! Yes this class should be mostly supportive, it was made to be one and should stay one high rate or not. I'm not saying that can't attack i'm saying what they were made for. the skills that were orignally boosted for these two classes where buff skills not attack skills.... I have played Clown on a lowrate and trust me i know what they are capable of but I was always much better of giving the party Bragi/sunset. Now of course sunset is useless here and a few other buffs are but. Just to repeat myself Clowns/Gypsies get mostly buff skills because they are mostly supportive/debuffish. Imagine if Clowns/Gyps actually used pluck in woe? Or they used other skills that are helpful? +600 attack is a lot for one ensemble... +600 attack for 10 people > two people spamming AV.... I never said they couldn't PVP i just simlpy said they weren't made for PVP... I mean by all means play your class how you want but i just don't like it when people play a class out of their original context.

    If anyone could list out some skills they think the MVP should have and what they do it would help me out a lot. As well I noticed while fighting thana with my friend that his element Change is a buff which means it can be dispelled and it was and I was pissed lol. But anyway I need to know if a elemental change is fully codable.. but again just keep suggesting people so I have a general idea of what I will present to Genesis/Zeitgeist. If anyone can do Sprite work in a time effective manor please post up here so I know who can do it and who can't do it or has the ability but may not be able to do it. The more spriters the better.
  16. Well I beleive that classes should be balanced but not to the point where they are taken out of their original role. I mean when was the last time you actually saw a clown/gypsy buff? I mean they have very very formidable buffs even an ensemble that was boosted to +600 Attack!!!!! I mean I think people need to stop playing a class just to kill people on but rather play the class to play the role of the class. I mean if you want to play a priest you can do damage sure but your priority is your buffs. Bards sure they can heal but you never see a clown/Gypsy fighting in a group that their focus is actually doing damage in iRO. I think that the buffs on their two classes should be editted a few to hopefully increase supportive Jobs. Sorry for my rant but I mean if you want to kill people play a class that is made to kill people :/ like Super Novice(JOKE!!!! >.> lol)
  17. Arrow Vulcan is easily Spammable >.> Trust me I ran around all of Abbey02 fighting a Clown AV does not need a boost lol. Keep in mind that sure Clowns/Gypsies have AV which is powerful but they were also made to be supportive classes not offensive and they can kill people in iRO but in the end they still play supprot.
  18. Ok I think if both FA and Steel Crow are increased even a bit it would still help that build out a lot. :D and ya Blitz Beat is also Autocasted when you attack based on luck so that is why most people don't use the skill XP

  20. Well The Steel Crow wasn't for Blitz Beat, Nobody uses Blitz Beat <.<... The Steel Crow was for FA, Since of Course FA will always be Nuetral then you are looking at some High reductions to face up to only reason why I made those suggestion. I played Clown on a low rate and a good one can beat almost any job class. I will admit to that but I think after Third classes come out Snipers may get an upper hand.

FA is based on Falcon "Attack" sort of, which means DEX INT and LUK all play a role into how much Blitz Beat/FA does Aswell Steel Crow does play a role too which is why maybe a boost on Steel Crow :O. I mean with no Reductions ECT FA does about 6k damage... so meh -.-.. And yes I know Clowns are meant to deal higher Damage but I am just saying that with the enabling of Yggs it is harder to out Ygg a Clown then a Sniper and Snipers in iRO are formidable in PVP aswell due to the recast on DS.
  23. I like this Idea There are some things I will most likely have to cover when I have time. SL/SK/TK and Few other things that need fixes. As for Falcon Assault. Bump that up to 1.2k-1.5k% Attack... I mean this is a high rate and Bards get 1.2%? They aren't even ment to be Dealing high damage. FA already has a long Delay as well. I'd like to see this skill I agree with Steel Crow- Every other Attack boost has been increased by like 400-600 Why not Steel Crow? I will look over some Skills and request some changes soon.     Looks like t was copy and pasted :D... Sprite will be made ^^ but that Sprite is cool that could easily be used/edited if needed.... Anywayzzzzzzz Keep posting up Ideas so I can feed off them. What does Exile do?
