I dislike both .__. It looks like you use an effect to color these in...if you really want beautiful color in your sprites, doing it by hand is a phenomenal way to go.

Relinquish: Logs on almost every day. Yes people, he exists. Genesis: Always spawns in Umbala and always has a light brown cloth and hair, and currently wears a puppy hat. Zeldefarion: Very bubbly and always happy. Me: I like soft cuddly things, and I get humped a lot in game.

How about the MPV changes properties (RANDOMLY, meaning it can go to ANY property) every 100k HP. No pattern there. Of course, this might not be possible. But yeah I think many of you are missing the point. The Genesis MVP can be for another time and for another quest. And this would be a long dungeon quest with multiple MVP's. And it's not only AI's that become predictable...any boss in any type of game will get easier to beat because a pattern of some sort will emerge, or because you will know its attacks and its damage and fight accordingly. Now how about an MVP that randomply changes properties every 100k HP, and heals for 200k quite fast. Not to mention the skills he will have. We do sort of want this to be a bit "impossible." And imagine if the dungeon warper removed FCP and FCP was impossible on the map, then he stripped you of your shield, and then dished out enormous magic attacks. And now add a ygg delay... These things won't necessarily all be added. I'm just saying that there are always ways of making an MVP more impossible. And if he becomes too easy after a while we can buff him.

We had quite a few GM's on at one point, and we all had the idea to host a huge photo shoot. The turnout was awesome and it was lots of fun! Hope everyone enjoyed it :) Here's the best shot I got with no one speaking: Then we let them go all out! And then a killing spree at the end >:)

The Divine Dragon from Legend of Dragoon is HUGE. He's longer than a 747 ._. Could you send that plan to me? I wanna see what you got. Because remember, the entire thing has to take hours and hours, from start to finish, or there is no point, it will be like any other quest.

What? o.o He's the Ragnarok Dragon. And he looks so SEXY.

If I were to do the sprites, I'd make it from scratch. I wouldn't modify an existing monster. I know it's a lot of work but I've been wanting to make my own monsters for months now. This is doable. You just need to get his dye and hair numbers, and turn it into a monster, much like Soldier was turned into a monster from an NPC. He'll be featured on a future map. I think we'd all want something unique to the quest, that won't be seen on any other server. And we're basing it on the Legend of Dragoon, so the final MVP would be the Divine Dragon. And he'd be a massive MVP. But guys don't be mistaken, spriting just one MVP will take hours and hours, especially since I haven't done anything on this scale before in terms of spriting. But I know if I put my mind to it I can do it :)

Well yeah I have sort of :P But I need an assurance it will be implemented. Ah so we need a pretty detailed plan so that Genesis can tell us what works and what doesn't.

uuhhh Yusuke, not to be rude, but you should read the main post ^^ We're thinking of an MVP that rotates properties (yes to ghost as well). Ah, second thing, we are thinking of making more than one MVP :p And third (if you read the topic), this will have a time limit and an after delay, like thanatos. And I'm sure we can find a way to make it so that camping is a pain in the ass. As for KSing, only the party of the person who does the quest to open the final level will we warped. And if we were all reading, then we'd all know that the MVP map is not warpable xP

Well, it's "you're" not your :P The whole point is for this MVP to be ridiculously challenging. But 200k hit and no berries is a bit cruel. If we lower the Hit, and perhaps give a delay on how often you can use berries, then there will still be a need to have paladins and HP and profs and a lot of other classes with you. I mean we're not going to go through all this trouble just to make a solo able MVP. Where's the fun in that? I might not know everything about MVPing, but I know what fun is :P And a challenging game gives pleasure to so many players, especially in Fro. And if you find it too hard you don't have to do the quest. Cmon it's not that hard to understand ^_^ and PS: If we don't allow ygg berries on the MVP map, there's always white pots ;)
